My husband and I were looking for a bed and were done with the bed in a box that lasted a few years. It was from Amazon and were just looking for something that would last longer. I convinced my husband to come into Mattress Firm just so we can check a bed out in person. We were greeted and helped by Sarah who helped us make a choice within our budget. She was patient with our situation and helped us worked out get the bed we needed. She also helped my siblings and I get mom a bed when my father passed away. My mom loved her bed and adjustable frame as well. The delivery staff were fast and able to assemble the bed right away. When there was a slight hiccup with the base size, the other set of delivery people were able to fix that issue as well. I would go back to them again. read more

I went to Mattress Firm yesterday (Friday Nov 22nd) to find a new mattress for my 86 yr old father, who has Dementia and has been sleeping on the same mattress he's had for 20+ years. He's been complaining of terrible back pain for the last week or so and I told him his mattress isn't good for him anymore. So, I told him that I was going shopping. Mattress Firm was my first stop on my 'search'. Mariana greeted me with a kind smile. I told her what my mission was and she asked me some good questions. She pointed me in the direction of 3 or 4 mattresses that matched the criteria I was giving her. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I made a decision for the Sterns & Foster Studio Full size and called my father about it, but he was a bit taken back by the price and he emphatically said "NO, I'm not spending that much money on a mattress!" I felt sad that Mariana spent a good 30-40 minutes with me and then have to tell her no as well. When I got home, my father started asking me more questions about what was included in the price I told him over the phone. I proceeded to relay all of the benefits of a good quality mattress and that he would need to spend a little more than he had in mind for something that was going to help him get a better night's sleep and relieve a good portion of his back pain. He finally said 'Well, when you put it that way, I say go for it!" I was so happy to go back that same day and make the purchase. Mariana was very proficient at inputting all of the choices I had made in the computer, took the $300 Black Friday promotional 'gift' off of the total price and made delivery and take-away of old mattresses arrangements. The checkout/payment process was so easy and smooth. So... a big thank you to Mariana for a great, friendly experience. Do not lose her at any cost! She is GREAT!!! read more

Exceptional customer service, with a smile! Come see Sara or Manny here, and they won't let you down. I came with my mom to look for a mattress for my grandmother who has limited mobility. Manny helped us the first time, and he was great. He informed us about the 4 month trial, which was good to know, considering, the mattress was a little too soft for my grandma. We came back today, after a couple months and met Sara (GM). She greeted us as we walked in and was very friendly..and Asked if it was our first time in. We let her know we were returning customers, and that we needed to do an exchange. We explained what my grandma didn't like about the current mattress and she quickly found a few other options, but the first one she took us to, was spot on. It did cost a little more, but we knew that could be a possibility, coming in. She let us know there would be a restocking fee involved, as well. Two gentlemen walked in, soon after and waited for her. She greeted them and let them know she would be with them shortly. Sara never made us feel rushed or like she couldn't help us with other people in there. We were in and out within 20 minutes or so. Service is 10 out of 10! Thank you Sara and Manny for amazing, customer service experiences. We will always recommend you the Mattress Firm, here in Fairfield. read more

Had the pleasure of having Sara help us with a mattress today. We made the mistake of ordering a mattress online without actually "testing it" and will never be doing that again. She was so amazing and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us some great options. Opted for an amazing Presidents' Day discount and couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything if you need a mattress she's your girl! read more

Buying a mattress is something you shouldn't purchase based on the price tag. Honestly, you spend a good hefty chunk of your life sleeping and your sleep dictates your daily mood. So research as much as you can before making this financial jump. There's a few things you've gotta keep in mind: 1. What type of sleeper are you (side, back, stomach, or all over), 2. What type of mattress do you prefer (soft or firm, this can fluctuate based on your weight), 3. Are you a hot sleeper (does your body sweat at night)? We needed a new mattress because the one that we had was nearly 10 years old and way too firm. We used a memory foam and I just couldn't feel comfortable anymore with it so I often tossed and turned. I did a ton of research and decided on three options and walked in about thirty till 1700. The sales man (I forgot his name) was really knowledgeable and honest about my options. He even said that he purchased one of the contenders but didn't like it and ended up giving it to his daughter so I can appreciate his honesty. Nevertheless, he was able to get our new mattress delivered to us the next day. Assembly was free abs the removal of the old mattress was about $100 or so. Very happy with our purchase and the smooth transaction. read more

I brought my elderly Mom in for a new mattress since it had been more than 10 years in her old one. The store was clean, bright & the staff very personable. Sara helped us, showed some options & was incredibly knowledgeable & professional. She explained the differences & made it easy. Prices were better than the other stores. We left with a new mattress plus delivery the next day, I highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for a new mattress. read more

I went in there Tuesday to purchase a mattress and a base which was supposed to be delivered today on Sunday and nobody contacts me. I call the store when they open today only to find out that my deliveries not coming today because they don't have my base and nobody in 4 days bothered to contact me. Then the bitch over the phone tells me I have to come all the way back to Fairfield to cancel my order and I come to find out when I go down there the bitch could have canceled it over the phone. I take a day off work, wait 4 days for a bed that was never going to show up and the bitch at the store has the nerve to have an attitude about it. Not once did she ask how she can make it right, all she could say is it's not her fault. I guess to get good customer service you have to buy an expensive ass bed at Mattress Firm. I suggest anyone looking for a mattress and actually want it to arrive at your house to not buy it from Mattress Firm because you will never get it. They want your money but they don't want to deliver your products to you on time. This is just another shitty ass business trying to make a dollar and they don't give a shit about their customers. read more

EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase from KIRK JILES! He asked me enough questions to find out what I wanted in a mattress, what I NEEDED in a mattress, and quickly! I wasn't in there for hours on end searching. I was attended right away also! GREAT customer service, extremely enjoyable experience!!! I originally went in to test out the purple mattress. Although buying the purple mattress would've cost me more he made sure I had the bed I needed. I ended up loving it so much i BOUGHT TWO BEDS! That's how much I LOVED his bed recommendation! I walked out with a more luxurious bed and I will sleep happy at home and in my dorm! THANKS KIRK!!!!!! read more

I just got a new job offer, and I don't start until next month. I promised my wife I would buy her a new mattress since she has terrible back pains, caused by our very uncomfortable bed. Going in to mattress firm with the idea of getting "a feel" for the mattresses, Anthony the extremely knowledgeable and helpful store manager helped my wife and I find the perfect comfort level. Anthony gave us a great deal and with the help of their financing, were happy to say we got the mattress we wanted and a great reasonable price. I most definitely recommend coming here for great deals and great service. Excellent customer service! read more

I haven't had much luck with Mattress Firm but I went into the store on Holiday Lane (1595 Holiday Lane) and Jenn made it up! My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and all we knew was how we didn't want the mattress to feel. So we stop by Mattress Firm and Aundria greets us. She asked us a few questions regarding what we were looking for and since we didn't really know she educated us. She taught us that moving a lot while sleeping is our body telling us that we're not comfortable. She taught us the different types of mattresses such as traditional, hybrid and foam. We went through the different firmnesses and were able to lay on each and every bed. I foresee many nights of comfort ahead. We were settling for a lower end mattress and she made it possible for us to get exactly what we really wanted at a price we couldn't pass up, 2 free pillows, a free adjustable base and free next day delivery. Thank you Aundria. read more
