I have had this mattress at least 3-4 years. I told the man on the phone that they only thing I had was the tag on the mattress. He told me without the RECEIPT of when and where I purchased it, he could NOT help me. I explained to him that I have made several purchases of items at my home of high dollar items. I don't not have the receipt. And if the mattress was a gift, I wouldn't have it anyway. I figure as long as the TAG IS STILL ON THE MATTRESS, they should honor that. So make sure if you purchase a mattress from THIS company, if you have issues with it later, if you can't PROVE WHO YOU PURCHASED FROM or if you DON'T HAVE YOUR RECEIPT, they won't attempt to work with you to exchange, repair or come to your house to even evaluate THEIR OWN products they sell or manufacture. A lesson learned, an expensive lesson learned. I will purchase my next mattress from a reputable furniture store or mattress company. I will just have to get a Sealy, Sterns and Foster, Beauty Rest..etc..etc ) from now on. and they have since moved from when I first purchased my mattress.

He was very friendly, professional and also was not pushy at all. He was upfront with his policy and said we if paid in cash we would even save in taxes (which we did). Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. I am def referring a lot of my peeps here and will be buying from Sleep Kings going fwd. Yes, the mattress are brand new and great savings def. Keep up the great customer service and we are certainly enjoying our ProBreeze Hybrid King size! Thank you Manny and team.

We placed the…read moreorder on a Saturday in person and he said Monday he would go pick them up from the warehouse so we could pick them up as early as Tuesday. Once we picked up the chairs, we went home to build them. The next day as I was gonna throw out the boxes, I noticed one of the boxes said "Color:Pink/Gold" (we purchased blue/gold chairs). I called him and asked if he had switch two of his blue used showroom chairs with the new box of the pink chairs. He said yes! He sold us used/showroom chairs as if they were new which is fraudulent and illegal! He said it was no big deal and that the warehouse didn't have 6 new chairs (only 4 new chairs) as they were sold out of the blue. No big deal to pay for new items and be sold used ones?!?!?! He should be ashamed of himself! He lied to us by omitting the truth and was a scammer by illegally repackaging two blue used showroom chairs as new. He didn't tell us the truth for fear of loosing the sale since he couldn't get 6 NEW chairs from the warehouse. He did whatever he wanted to behind our back and cheated us. I will be reporting this to the appropriate state department. This is probably not the first time he does this to a customer. Stay far away from this place!

Because of him I giving this stars rating. The main reason my rating is 3 is because of the delivery guys and Jessica Cruz. Alexander helped put in claim on my damaged wall. My wall is not that easy to break. It too a lot of force to break wall that's wood and concrete mixed. I sent an email and called Jessica Cruz but doesn't answer. I'm disappointed with the delivery service. The don't care about their costumer.

They brought the stuff to my house, "free delivery" my butt.... the delivery guys dont speak English, damaged the front door, moldings and the walls, also damaged my furniture!!! 2nd) I called to let them know that there was damage to the furniture caused by their delivery people, come to find out they dont work for them, they contract them out. Of course they wouldn't care!!! So I called them again and again, told them about the issue and a week later, the delivery guys come and take the damaged furniture back to exchange them. 3rd) I had to wait another week to get the replacement furniture which we had to change out the style and brand because of the SHIT quality the first set was, which he said its the best, blah blah blah, we would love it, he has it at his house... blah blah blah... bunch of bullshit coming from the guy. Anyways, we get the furniture, and come to find out, its the WRONG one we ordered!!! NOW here is the fun part!!! Neither the wholesaler or Retailer are willing to change for the proper one we wanted! PLUS the stupid delivery guys damaged the furniture AGAIN!!!! After I called and called and called the owner (Anita) she tells me to put it on craigslist and sell it. How is this possible? how can a company with an owner like this survive? How come there are no more negative responses to this SHIT place!!! I cant believe the service we received from this place! PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS SHIT PLACE. *note: this is the first time i posted any response.... this is how pissed off I am!!!* I want to make sure no one else goes through what my wife and I had to go through.
