I also contacted customer service via online chat. The staff told me in-store orders used a different system, so she could not check if my price adjustment was requested. She also asked me to go back to the store. In less than 24 hours, I went to 2 different stores and chatted online, still haven't gotten anything resolved. Online staff said she helped me filed a complaint to the district manager, but I didn't get an email confirmation regarding my complaint. I got a complaint number, let's see if the district manager would contact me. Online staff could not even tell me the contact of the district manager. That just proves how bad the brand is. As a first time customer, I will very disappointed with Mattress Firm and the customer service. Don't trust the Google reviews. I checked before I shopped there yesterday.
