Well, I ended up doing most of the work for the delivery and Mattress Firm, your sales department broke their assurance we would be taken care of upon delivery. NEVER WILL O RECOMMEND THIS SH$%hole... Sales experience was good. Unfortunately, we're stuck with keeping the bed. I almost threw it all out the front door with my good arm. I wonder now that I aggravated my broken wrist. Will they help pay for my surgery? They couldn't help out people in no condition to do the labor to get the room ready for the delivery. SO I am guessing they suck as bad as I know they do. 10k ona bed and treat like we should have just loaded my truck brought it home and assembled it myself. Why not? We practically did.

Came in during a warehouse sale…read more Some of their most expensive mattresses were on sale for 2k. Which is a killer deal. Issue is they have zero return policy. No one can possibly know if a mattress is going to work out for them in the long term by laying on it for 5 mins at the store. I'd expect even as little as a 30 day return policy. Other mattress manufactures have return policies that last months, to even a year. Due to this, even though the deal was good, we opted not to buy a mattress. However we did get a few pillows and a sheet set for a great price The woman who helped us was friendly, but honestly wasn't very clear on the different mattresses lines and we came away more confused than when we came in.

I recommend Cort's Clearance Center to anyone looking to buy furniture. We have furnished 5 rooms…read morein our new home with Cort products. Their prices are unbeatable. Every employee we've encountered has been friendly, helpful, and prompt. Delivery was quick and on time - we purchased on a Saturday and everything was delivered that Friday. The delivery guys are great. They do a quick walkthrough to see where you want everything and then get to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and also took care not to damage anything. Cort sells new and used furniture. Our most recent purchase included a used sleeper sofa with a brand new mattress for $300 that came with an oversized patterned accent chair for $100. We also bought a brand new sofa with 2 accent chairs for $789. The set originally came with only one accent chair but they included the 2nd chair at a fair price. Our prior purchase (September 2017) included a beautiful mahogany desk (used), 3 dressers (2 new 1 used), and 2 nightstands for $700. The used furniture we have purchased has minimal wear. One of the dresser's drawers are a little difficult to work with, but it is a gorgeous, tall, five drawer dresser that cost $90. You cannot beat these prices. Many years ago we rented furniture from Cort as well. We had a similar experience to the other reviewer in that furniture rental ends up being MUCH more expensive than you anticipate. It is 100% something we would never do again. But renting furniture is for specific situations and purposes and I understand why it exists. I would say if you are thinking of renting, consider stopping by the clearance center to see if you can purchase instead.

THIS WILL COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK!!!!! I had a few days…read morenotice to organize and small conference so, naturally I turned to a furniture rental place to rent one 48" round conference table, no chairs, just the table. Cort Furniture was the worst possible choice I made! More than a month later and hours of frustration, and after returning the table on time, I'm still receiving monthly bills. I wish I could bill them for all the time I've spent and continue to spend getting this mess cleaned up. If you choose to do business with them, I'm sorry, I wouldn't wish this on anyone! So here's some advice. Beware of the sales people, don't rely on what comes out of their mouth. Remember, the appearance of a nice, professional person, doesn't make it so, some people have no ethics. Just make sure you have the time to spend reading every paragraph of the contract so you realize what your getting into! And pay attention to the small blank spaces, where they fill in the details! That can really screw you! If I had it to do again, I would say, plan ahead, if possible. Go to Costco or SAMs Club or KSL, and find what you need...if not, trust me, you'd rather do without!!! It's simply not worth it!!!

However, Mattress Dealzz excels at sales more than anything else. The product, not so much from our experience. Even though we followed the care instructions provided at time of sale, our mattres is now worse than our 12 year old one we replaced with this. It's lumpy, we can feel the springs, we wake up achy, it is just awful. Spend the extra money somewhere else, you'll be happier you did.

Unfortunately my husband found out his job transfer was coming sooner than we had suspected. Knowing I was going to move 2200 miles away, and a limited amount of room for our move. The refund is already back in the account. What a great experience and I only wish I could have slept on that wonderful mattress. While we…read morehad already bought a mattress, her roommate was still pondering whether it should be a hybrid, whether it should be firm or medium-firm... The selection of mattresses is definitely at the highest end of the quality spectrum. We went in with the intention of buying a different model of the right type online in the end, but it honestly broke my heart. I've never encountered such excellent service before, and the gentleman serving us was very knowledgeable. It made me want to sit with him for the whole afternoon and learn about the different types of mattresses, their pros and cons, and how technology has improved over time. It was the cutest thing how her roommate tested the first mattress after explaining her preferences: her concentrated expression was replaced by a smile after sinking in for a second: "Oh - this is a really good mattress." I wonder whether she'll regret her Amazon purchase... (Wrote by human, checked by AI for spelling)
