Don't ever by a love Sack! First of all, they're more expensive than regular couches. Next, it will take you a week to un Box all of this stuff. You'll be left struggling, figuring out how to put it together. They have no white glove service. it will completely scratch up your floors, trying to piece it together, and heaven forbid you ever need to undo it, you'll never be able to figure out how to get it back together. You can't lift it up to vacuum underneath it. Every piece has to be done individually. I wish I had bought a regular couch. read more

Love the product. Considering Love Sac is a retailer, they are grievous in the actual department of selling and delivering lovesacs. We went in person and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly however they left us with a checklist of what we needed to order ourselves online. The one star here is no mistake because regardless of the staff in store and quality product, the website, ordering, and delivery is so horrendous LoveSac earns the one star. The product is quite pricey and I would expect it wouldn't be so complicated to actually successfully purchase. This isn't an isolated issue as the company seems to have quite the negative reputation for their website and ordering. The visual building of the sactionals doesn't work on phone or computer (images as you build your virtual Sactional are so pixelated they aren't recognizable). The website is challenging to navigate or browse....expect to talk with live chat if needed...several times. After literally 1.5 hours in store figuring out our configuration and learning options, then at least 2 hours wasted trying to order via the website followed by another 2 hours with a live rep to get our Sactional ordered. I was exhausted but excited and was told our couch would arrive in mid-March...by mid March we started receiving small accessories like a cup holder one day, a power hub a week later...one of which has a broken usb port. I discovered the broken usb port nearly a month later when the actual Sactional finally arrived last week (we are now in April). The tracking of shipments was ridiculous, they'd estimate delivery, then tell you it shipped, or even say your item was coming that day....then nothing. Our shipment came in nearly 30 boxes...all individually sent with completely unreliable tracking data until it actually showed up mysteriously. While lovesac informed of when items shipped, neither lovesac nor fedex informed you when they actually arrived. So imagine our surprise when while we were in Hawaii...over a dozen very large boxes arrived dropped off at our garage. No knock, no notice on our door (where our camera would have picked it up and notified us), no email, text...nothing. Our family discovered the tower of boxes when they came the next day to pick up a package left at our front door. We were missing items and now lovesac it's up to us to file a police report. So let me get this straight, we spent nearly $8k and received the couch nearly a month late, with beyond poor communication or notice, continuous unreliable tracking data we couldn't trust or rely on, they left the items at the one spot on our property that doesn't have a camera recording, and now with two items missing it's our problem. Poorly done love sac. I would not recommend this business because they waste your time and now I'm supposed to waste more of my time, beyond which I've already wasted, tracking down the items they never successfully sent to me. Oh the power hub will be resolved as a warranty claim....yet it was broken upon delivery and never worked. Shoddy. Disappointing is an understatement. read more

I LOVE my Lovesac sofa. It came in many boxes but upon opening, I was so impressed with the packaging and the whole system. It is beautiful, comfortable, washable and just what I wanted. The customer service at the showroom was amazing! I was quite a pain as I didn't know what I wanted and they gave me many different estimates and ideas. When I decided, the purchase was easy and they were so helpful and kind. The sofa was pricey but to my mind (and I am pretty frugal) , it is so worth the investment and I love love love the product and company read more

I've been a LoveSac lover for nearly 10 years, and I can't say enough about how much I LOVE LoveSac! My roomate Mel and I had one when we lived in San Clemente and it was the center of everything that happened in our lives. Snuggling, movies, reading, talking, boys, parties, sleep, laundry, wrestling, eating, friends, and fun...all happened on the LoveSac. So many of my happy memories have something to do with LoveSac. I now own 3 sacs, 8 phurry balls, a couple of squattomans, blankets, LoveSac pets...and I adore them all. They are changeable, washeable, moveable, and awesome! I have been eying a Lovesac Sactional for a while. I was very interested in the ability to clean the covers and the versatility. My wife and I stopped by when we noticed a killer sale we felt would be the opportune time to get one. Nick was the person that greeted us and provided tons of assistance. From recommending a fabric that would stand up to kids and animals to providing great feedback about the segments that would work best; Nicks knowledge and assistance made choosing our Sactional a breeze. I'm excited to get my shipment soon, but dealing with Nick and the manager was a great experience. If your considering a new couch, I would highly recommend checking this store out. Awesome furniture, awesome store, awesome staff. We bought a sectional sofa here about a month ago. I wanted to live with it for a bit before I left a review. Well I can say we are very much in love with our new sectional. I've owned a few lovesacs in the past. They make a great place to sit and watch a movie or play some video games. They are not great for traditional seating requirements such as entertaining etc. they also take up a ton of room so replacing a living room couch with a full size lovesac or 2 leaves a lot to be desired IMO. The thing that turned us on to the sactionals was the modular setup that lets you rearrange your furniture in lots of different ways to suit your needs or room etc. Our thinking is that it "future proofs" our furniture a bit in case out next house or apartment has a different room size/shape. We went with 5 bases and 4 sides. If we want to add 2 sides in the future we would have a very traditional sectional. Right now it's set up like a chaise with an ottoman. The fabric we chose is called rinoplush. It's the taupe color. It's very comfy and goes with anything. If you're looking for furniture, I would recommend lovesac. If you're already sold on the product, go in to the Murray store. It's the same stuff as online, but you can get some great service in the store. Kota is the rep that helped us with our purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He helped us decide the size and the fabric and we're happy with both. They told us 2 weeks for delivery but it was at our house in 4 days. My only reservation about the whole experience was the price. This stuff is not cheap. However it's not unreasonable considering the quality, warranty, and the ability to add to it or change out the covers in the future. If you're looking at stuff like pottery barn, crate and barrel or restoration hardware etc the price will not shock you. read more

I went to LoveSac on Saturday September 28th and loved the product. There was one big problem though, I was told that the credit application was a soft pull. I looked at the paperwork and saw nowhere that it said the pull was soft, when the ladies I worked with insisted it was a soft pull I did the signed the application. I checked my credit today to find that it was a hard pull and I expect my credit to drop. I was considering purchasing the 6ft LoveSac but now there's no way I will. I'm extremely upset I was lied to and it will take 2 years for that pull to go off my credit. Beware that Synchrony is a hard pull and that it will be on your credit for two years before you go in because they will lie to you and tell you that it is not. read more

I went in to this store trying to buy one of the bean bag Lovesacs and the employee working was BEYOND unhelpful. It seemed to me that he was annoyed that I was asking for prices and quality of their products. He was extremely put off to be helping me. First of all, he didn't ask if I needed help, I had to walk over to him and ask for help. The entire store was EMPTY, it's not like he was too busy. Secondly, his entire body language was facing away from me, he never made eye contact, and when I asked if the bean bags were good quality he shrugged. HORRIBLE customer service and now I will probably never buy a Lovesac because of this experience. read more

Nate and Celeste were very helpful in assisting me in picking out my movie sac. It is the favorite place for my children to sit. They love to play their video games while sitting in it. My youngest son has fallen asleep many times while sitting in the sac. He says it is so comfortable that he just relaxes and goes to sleep. Fantastic staff, store, and products! We bought a SACtional and absolutely LOVE it! It was a bit tough to get everything together the first time, but now that we know what we're doing, we can change our furniture set up anytime we want. The covers are extremely durable, especially for having two dogs and a toddler. We also have a super sac and the cover is fox phur. We are in love with it. Our family can sit on it, and be quite comfortable. It was fairly easy to get set up, and extremely easy to put the cover on. We did spend a fair amount of money on the products we bought, but we will never buy another couch, especially from anywhere else. If we want a different look, we just buy new covers, or add another side/base, etc. Super functional, and super affordable for the quality of product and service we received. We would recommend Love Sac to anyone, and we do! read more

An employee from Layton even offered to drive down a cover that was in Layton to the Murray location just so I didn't have to drive as far since I live in Orem. They were so nice and easy to work with. Both locations helped me over the phone and answered all my questions! I was in a hurry to get a cover last minute and they made it so less stressful for me. I love my lovesac! My cousin has had his massive one for years and I finally broke down and got one too! My sister than got the pillow sac and rocker and my other cousin did the same. I guess you could say it runs in the family. We love the changeable covers and the friendly staff at the Fashion Place mall that took the time to show me all the possibilities. When I get my own place I will be investing in some sactionals. I loved them showing me how you can jump up and down on them and the warranty etc. Also these are so versatile with any space, size, style you can't go wrong! P.S. Super comfy too! read more
