Customer service-As an example this purchase is going to be picked up by our movers and transported to our new house out of state. Eric complete understands this process and was ready to help and ensure everything worked out smoothly. Another example since we are trying to match colors. Eric said bring in a drawer or shelf from your old furniture so we can 100% match things. 2. Selection-If you like mission style furniture this is the place. Huge selection and huge number of stains. 3. Quality-It is unsurpassed. No ifs ands or buts. 4. Sustainable-They have their own tree farm and provide wood to the craftsmen. 5. Price-We looked at buying similar furniture where we were moving. The cost was 2.5 times more. Even with moving it was a no brainer. Whether you are in state or out of state this is the place to go. I cannot recommend them enough.

After 6 mo the tables showed signs of warping in the wood. We also had weird spots start showing up on the top of the sideboard (it was always covered with a piece of custom glass). Mike the store manager was so understanding and helpful and let me exchange it for a different piece (we did have the extended warranty). Then, we went back and bought another table for our kitchen.We purchased the Oliver. Once it was delivered, it just didn't look right in our kitchen. And when we fully extended it with the leaf, there was large gap in the middle and it was very noticeable.We went into this store within two days and stated we would like to exchange it for something else. Sam was obliged to do so, although we were told we had to pay a 20% stocking fee. We did end up exchanging for a different table at scandinavian design, but we did end up having to pay a $300 restocking fee. Seems excessive especially if you're exchanging becuase of a product your not satisfied with. So my advice is to make sure you ask them to open it if there's a leaf and really, really pay attention to the quality before you bring it home. We will still continue to buy from there.Although I will pay more attention to those aspects.

The price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality - we have received quite a few comments from guests about how comfortable they are! This will definitely be our first stop the next time we need to shop for new furniture. One star off because there was no one around to assist me in lifting chairs down from a rack so I could test them out. Being pregnant at the time, it was something I would have appreciated help with!

It tends to be pretty busy on the weekends though, so consider that. Additionally, everytime I am here, I find myself waiting in line to check out for quite awhile, they usually seem pretty under staffed in that area. A clean store, the employees are helpful and it is easy to find everything as well. The prices are good, nothing too special or incredible.. but it does get the job done. The men's clothing selection was fairly average, while the women's section felt stronger with more variety. They also carry some home goods, though there are almost no electronics if that's what you're looking for. There is not an endless amount of merchandise so don't show up with specific items to buy. The prices were good for everything they had and the staff was very friendly! Note: There are no fitting rooms so be warned.

I tried to park here during the Little Canada citywide garage sales - they have a huge parking lot and it was empty before they opened - I got a good stink eye from an employee walking in and someone else came out to tell us we had to move even before we left the car - aight, should have parked in back where you wouldn't have noticed.... Anyway, after we were done saleing - we did come back to dig through this place and I loved it. Prices are extremely low and there are plenty of good things to find! I bought some things just because of the price (do I really need two pictures of chickadees in heart shaped frames? Or a toy dragon? Or a puzzle? Or a mug with vegetables on it? Of course not!)
