I was believing that he was going to take them back and sell them at his cost. Well after they came in he made it very clear that he would not take them back and I could sell them or keep them. So now I have 4 mattresses, not too good. Now there is a question about the amount of the loan. The first two look great but I haven't been able to unpack the other two until I set up two more bed frames.

This review is for BoxDrop Lafayette located in Broussard. The service Mike Trammell provided was…read moretop notch. From responding to the appointment request, moving multiple mattresses around for me to lay on, patiently answering my many (some repetitive) questions, closing the sale, and providing same day delivery. Again, Mike's service was TOP-NOTCH! On top of that, the options were plentiful to fit any budget. I was fully committed to purchasing a bed in box due to the urgent need and no access to a truck or large van on a rainy day. Basically, something I could load into my car and move around by myself. I'm glad Mike requested that I remained openminded. I purchased a top quality, name brand mattress for less than the "bed in box" I was considering. Actually, I purchased the queen mattress, box spring, standard bed frame, not only delivered to my door, but the room...for WAY LESS than the "bed in box" I was considering. Pros - reply to appointment request was speedy - ability to try mattress prior to purchase (Bed in Box rarely an option) - multiple options similar to other "chain mattress retail stores" - new name brand mattresses, deeply discounted Cons -wish I would've discovered this place sooner Summary, ask for Mike Trammell and shop here first, save time and money.

I have been meaning to write this review for sometime now. During the holiday I needed furniture…read morebecause I had just moved in a place and family was coming into town. I went to RightWay after trying other places to see if I can get furniture delivered on time for the holiday. They worked really hard at making sure I got my furniture beforehand. In fact they came to the store the night before Thanksgiving just to receive the furniture from the truck so that I can take it home and have something for my family to sit on. I have to say Ms. Monica, who is the manager of the store was amazing. This is not a joke or a ploy to get more customers. This is the God honest truth. She took special care and making sure that our needs were met, and the prices were not over the top. not to mention the furniture is top notch. God bless the store, and I only wish them the best. I will definitely be back.

Store hours are convenient; employees are polite and professional; product prices are reasonable and product defects are clearly communicated. I find it easier to shop here than in a big box store, whether I visit it in-person or over the phone. Similar to other appliance stores, I do find that delivery fees are high so if the product fits in your vehicle that's one way to achieve further cost savings. Installation fees are also similar to other establishments-DIY can maximize your cost savings, so compare installation fees and explore hiring your own installation vendor or do it yourself.

Avoid this place. Purchased a fridge and paid for delivery which includes their "warranty"…read more(warning, it's a third party company). After five months the fridge stopped cooling so I had to file a claim. The short version is it took three weeks and a $100 deductible to even get someone to diagnose the issue. Week four without a fridge the "warranty" company said it was too costly to repair so they offered to pay about half of what I paid. Reminder this fridge was five months old at this time. Are you wondering what this store said about all of this? I could buy another fridge and pay again to have it delivered. The best thing I can do is never go here again and attempt to warn others. I paid $1,079 + $100 delivery (I'm not going to include taxes in this). The fridge stopped working five months later. I paid $100 deductible and waited four weeks for the "warranty" company to say it's a total loss and offer $700. The "work with me" part I guess means I was allowed to purchase another fridge with my payout and pay another $100 to have it delivered? So after spending a total of $1,279 they were nice enough to allow me to purchase another fridge with my $700 plus another delivery fee. Oh wait, even the cheaper fridges were more than that so I would have also paid the difference in cost for another model. No thanks. If the store or anyone else thinks that is good business then I have nothing else to say. And to be clear about this "warranty". The one year means nothing, it is just pro-rated. So if your item breaks beyond repair in month 11 of this "warranty", you will end up paying them money (remember the deductible) for them to not fix or replace and will be offered about 10% of what you paid.

I'm in this shopping center often, but they close at 5:30 and I'm always a bit too late. Vivian's has lots of really cute stuff and I mean LOTS. The space isn't very large but every corner is filled so it's kind of hard to really browse without bumping into something, which is nerve racking considering the signs throughout that say "You break it, you buy it". I was very precariously trying to look at everything while making sure not to knock anything off the shelves behind me, so if I had any complaints that's it. I went in to look at the Christmas clearance and found a few things for a steal, and the guy keeping the shop was so helpful and let me browse without being intrusive. He even told me about some of the things I was interested in that they had in the back (there was so much stuff they had MORE IN THE BACK) and gave me a few extra little gifts with my purchase. I'll be back again soon for sure!
