Hah ! If you didn't sell your old items there lately just put a sign upfront of store that you are not accepting anymore items so we won't step in at all! The store itself rate one star should not act like your better then customers! Won't return back I would rather keep my cloths hang in my closet or donate for a good cause .

When we returned three hours later, we were told they'd had a rush and hadn't gotten to our box. We asked if we could pick up the items the next day since we live out of town, but they said everything had to be picked up by 7 PM that same day. I asked one of the workers how long it would take to process the items, and he directed me to the lady at the front desk. I had already spoken to her, and she thought the items had been processed but hadn't been entered into the system yet. It seemed like there was a lack of communication among the staff. I also looked at several of the items for sale. Many were outdated, and the prices were quite high for used clothing.
