We had never been to a Mattress Firm store before our visit to both the Crossroads location and the Downtown Bellevue location. We were looking for two new mattresses and had done plenty of online research, but felt like we really needed to go and see what was available. From the minute John at the Crossroads store greeted us, to when we finished making our purchases with Jared at the Downtown store (which had the exact mattress we wanted to try) we were amazed by the expertise and thoughtfulness that underpinned the entire experience. It far exceeded our expectations in every regard. Our sincere thanks to Jared and John. If they were not already so busy, we'd suggest they run a training class on how to deliver real customer service.

They reached out to me and made sure that I received what I paid for. Jim was very helpful. Terrible. Just terrible. I bought a mattress from this store about one year ago under the belief that it was a new queen bed. The guy who sold it to us told us that in its unopened form, the rolled up version was brand new from the manufacturer. He sold it to us as a queen. Well I've been going crazy the last year because my SO and my close friend both have queen beds but they had always felt much larger than mine! Today I couldn't sleep because of this crazy and stupid fact so I decided to bust out the measuring tape. Low and behold the mattress is actually a full. Can you believe that? No wonder my toes have been slipping off the bed this entire time. I'm so angry, and the fact that they can't do anything to compensate me, for ripping me off basically, is absolute BS. Do you spend your money here. Capitalism is about spending money on the products that you want. I wanted a queen, got ripped off, and got a full instead. Nice! Nice transparency and customer service Mattress Depot USA. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to steer clear of your retail stores.

They brought in the mattress and adjustable base, asking where it should be installed. The delivery guys sort of pretended to act like they would not set up the bed, even though it was obviously included even though that is what we been arranged. They had a well rehearsed stage production between each delivery man of how it used to be $40 but had recently increased to $80. The stage play went on for 5 minutes, acknowledging that there was no additional fee but they would not set up the mattress without the payoff. They had the whole script and we were not prepared. I should have interupted with their distributor on the phone but they said that was not possible. I would not want to be scammed, so went with a more trusted vendor for our second mattress a couple of weeks later. Be warned and prepared.

The initial sofa was received defective upon delivery, so Dania replaced it. After several years of use, a couple of the leg screws became loose and popped out. The screws were ill-fitted and I had to buy a couple of new screws from a hardware store to fix the problem. Hence, I am a little leary on buying furniture from Dania again based on the quality issues of the sofa.

The delivery person pointed it out to me as he set it up. He took pictures, and said in cases like this, the store fixes / refinishes. I'm incredibly disappointed as I paid for a new set, not a fixed/repaired set. At the very least they could have offered a small discount for my inconvenience and decreased value. It's unfortunate that they don't back up their own deliveries as I'd planned to come back for a recliner but after my experience & seeing similar reviews, I lack confidence to try this store again.

What an incredible mattress-buying experience! I mean that. And I'll be honest - I was really…read moreapprehensive to walk into a mattress store, any mattress store, terrified we were going to be hounded and pushed and cornered into buying something more expensive or more complicated than we needed. I was bracing for the worst... And yet, this was seriously the most fun I've ever had buying just about anything! I did do my research before picking Mattress City in Shoreline, having looked for well-reviewed mattress stores - which this is - so I wasn't totally surprised when the sales associates were pleasant - but then they turned out to be so much more than that! Emily and Trinity were knowledgeable, patient, positive, and just about the friendliest and most genuinely upbeat salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with! They gave us a multitude of options and didn't press us to buy the most expensive mattress or the highest tech mattress, and let us take our time with zero pressure. Emily even offered me a brand new, clean pillowcase right out of the package to put on a pillow so I could shake off my heebie-jeebies of other heads and faces having laid on it, haha. It was a very thoughtful gesture. While we ended up purchasing a mattress a bit over what we had budgeted, that was totally on us. Emily and Trinity were both very supportive of our purchasing the lower-priced model, but then we just kind of shifted gears and went with the fancier mattress - which I know we're going to love! It's a true credit to them that we honestly felt free to spend a little or a lot, and knew we would still receive the same super friendly enthusiasm either way. They even managed to arrange for delivery within 24 hours, which was a true bonus! We won't forget this incredibly positive experience any time soon. Absolutely highly recommend Shoreline Mattress City!

After several phone calls found out that the delivery was postponed for another week. I was also charged upfront by IKEA Taskrabbit fee for assembly upfront. The item was delivered to my house in big boxes and the Taskrabbit was scheduled a day later based on IKEA policy. The Taskrabbit was scheduled to come today and his name and info was sent to me as Burake Y. With 5 stars in his profile. I received messages from Taskrabbit that the appointment is confirmed and the assigned person Burake Y. will arrive in an hour as it was scheduled. However, he did not show up!!! I called IKEA and they simply said " oh, sorry. They are independent contractors and we have no control when they don't show up or cancel appointment..." But what about their fee that IKEA already charged me??? I was told we can assign your task to another person for tomorrow but again we have no control if the person doesn't show up. I think IKEA needs to make sure that their independent contractors show up when they assign tasks to them.
