Although there aren't a lot of associates walking around the store to help you, the front end staff are very nice and help direct you around the store or they can call help for you. The only downside is that they don't offer delivery for their furniture which is a bummer if you don't have a pickup. All in all, I'd shop here again.

I think these are two brothers but they are arrogant and have many complaints against them especially in the AG's office in montana. I also have a great respect for on-line reviews, so it is very seldom that I write a negative review because it can cause a big hit to the business. Unless the negative review is warranted. When I moved into the Great Falls area, Ecklund's was recommended by nearly everyone I talked with. I was looking for a complete Fridgidaire kitchen; fridge, stove, dishwasher & microwave. Ecklund's never, ever bothered to return my calls. I ended up going to the local orange big-box store. I'd much rather have spent my thousands of dollars with a local business but it was not meant to be. Fast forward 2 years to 2024. Fridge quit. Called Frigidaire (now part of the Electrolux organization from Sweden) and after a combined time of just over two hours on the phone with their off-shore "lack of support", they were unable to locate either my initial product registration or my very expensive extended warranty that I purchased. They referred me to Ecklund's, advising me that I'd have to pay out of pocket. Then Fridgidaire/Electrolux hung up the phone. Ecklund's advised me that since I did not purchase my products from them, they were simply too busy looking after their own customers that it would be several weeks before they could get around to me. So, here's my opinion, for what it's worth: Frigidaire/Electrolux: Never, EVER again. EVERY telephone number routes to the overseas "lack of support" number, even the corporate headquarters lines! If they work, their Mexican-made products, in my opinion, have a life span of "just beyond the warranty", assuming "lack of support" can find your warranty registration at all! By the way, my fridge is so new that the miserable blue film they wrap their products in, is still stuck in the panel joints. Ecklund's: their, apparently, wonderful sales and support for Fridgidaire/Electrolux products does not exist, as far as my experiences show. If my 3rd party service tech is unable to repair my fridge today, you can be absolutely assured that the replacement will not be a Frigidaire/Electrolux product and it will absolutely not be purchased from Ecklund's.

They get 2 stars because the initial sales-person I was interacting with was a well dressed, very polite individual. Unfortunately, he was new (second day) and had to ask for help from another employee. (There were 3 employees and myself in the store at the time) The other two employees were busy talking to each other and came across as uncaring about losing my business over this. Suggestion for anyone in sales: when encountering a situation where the customer is unhappy and says that you are about to lose their business, maybe say something like, "Let me call my boss as ask them what we can do."
