It was the first store we stopped in that could tell us what they had in stock and listen to what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. We went to three other stores prior. Paula was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, despite my initial hesitations during our first meeting. Her installers were very quick and quiet. Even when I thought there was a discrepancy in the billing amount, she willingly let me cut the check I thought I owed until we sorted things out. Who does that these days? For those wanting to know what I purchased, we had an assortment of: plantation shutter, honeycomb blinds (cordless, some blackout, and pull up & down), And fabric vertical blinds. The quality was to very much to industry standards. Some of the blinds were a little too wide and didn't quite fit right in the window, but Steve, the installer, was prompt and courteous in repairing them when he came back out to install the last of my blinds. I would def recommend Paula and her team and I will def be using them again. Thanks Paula!

Where we live we have a huge wasp population (I think I have seen every species possible flying around) so we wanted to avoid open bottom lights as we had issues with wasps building nests in them. Also my husband made it even harder as he didn't want, plain black with clear plain glass, which of course is most the current style. Both Lori and Tracey helped us out. We sat looking at lots of catalogs, checking online. We spent a long time in the store and they were very patient with us. We even found some that we liked, but they were super expensive (of course the catalogs don't have prices, they have to sit with a computer to assist) as we needed 7 lights even they knew that would not be a good pick and we continued searching. We eventually were successful, they ordered our lights and within a week they were ready for pick up. They recommended 2 electricians for us, one they felt especially suited our needs after talking with us. We got quotes from a few local electricians as we live further out, but we also got one from the guy they recommended: Mark from Monocacy Electrical & Lighting Services LLC. He was the most friendly and knowledgeable guy and fairly priced, we used him and were quite happy! Our lights look fantastic, we were very happy with the whole experience. Except the Ouch to the bank account, s there lighting is much more expensive than shopping at Home Depot, but there lighting is unique and fantastic. You get what you pay for as they say.

Told my husband we would go to big lots as it expires on July 1st. The first time we went, I didn't find anything to buy. The second time, today, we have a get together at our place tomorrow, so I picked up some stuff. We get to the counter and it's not working. No wifi connection so husband and I both step outside to try and get the code. Ben said there's usually a bar code and usually doesn't take this long. My husband said to just make the purchase, but I came specifically to use the coupon, it would not be right not to use it! So I told Ben to put my stuff aside, and I'll come back when we get it to work as our house has great Wi-Fi and we thought that was the problem. We've been home for hours and it ain't working!! I told Ben to let management know it's really annoying. I said I'd be back once I had the $30 coupon for my $50+ (picked up about $100), but since it's not working & it was just stuff I picked up just to use the coupon, I'll see if I have more of my time to waste today. This is the total opposite of my first experience. I don't know if it's the system or if it's just a way to get customers in. I finally got the bar code when I tried at 9pm this night! We'll see if I have time to pick up again tomorrow. - I picked it up and the code worked, finally!
