There is a little bit of an ongoing debate of which is preferred a firmer or softer bed. People say a firmer one is better for your back, I think they may not priortize sleep and dont want to be in bed for long. Me on the other hand, a softer bed will cause you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. What good is a bed that youre laying on without falling asleep just for your back? Aye. The saleslady Shari was nice and very considerate, why this experience got any kind of a high review. I prefer working with women in every capacity. It was just me and her in the store trying each one, but unfortunately they were too hard and firm. The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :)

It was a Beautyrest and now I will not buy that brand again but certainly not from Mattress Firm or stores like that. The manager, Juan, did a great job listening to our previous experience and scenario from the CA store. Realizing we did not get the best customer service in California though we were loyal customers he went above and beyond to secure extra discounts for us. We didn't even ask him to. He just did it on his own will. Besides our store experience, the delivery was right on time. Our experience was amazing with the Naples store. Greg and Liz were also excellent in customer service.

Nino listened to what we were looking for an directed us to a handful of mattresses to try. He was very patient, as we ended up trying about eight different models. When all was said and done, we went with the first one he suggested. They've got a nice selection of innerspring, hybrid, and memory foam mattresses here. Seems like they also cover most price points from the inexpensive to moderately expensive (I didn't see anything too crazy price-wise). Furthermore, they gave us a small discount to the original asking price and were able to deliver the same day. Delivery service was great and we had a brand new mattress in our bedroom by the end of the day. Having already slept on it one night, I can vouch for the Restonic model we bought - a queen Everglade Pillowtop - as being pretty comfy!

She was direct to the point, not to mention personable and honest about their selections. The thing I like most is when she gave us the price, it was the "out the door" price! Set up, clean up, didn't rush, and very polite and professional! This will be our place of choice in the future for sure.
