A few weeks ago it began to exhibit erratic behavior with the controls that extend and retract the footrest. I called Studio J and they sent someone to take a look. They said they would have to order some parts. A few weeks later, Studio J called and said the parts had arrived, could the come pick up the chair. They came late that morning and returned the repaired chair late that same afternoon! To say "come parts" is an understatement. Newer models of the Stressless chair have the controls located in the chair arm rather than along the side as was with my chair. They provided a whole new chair arm along with replacing much of the footrest extender mechanism. All at no charge and with a smile. Thank you Stressless and Studio J from a VERY happy customer.

You can tell that they take time and care with what they stock and how they set up their displays. I find that my favorite booths get restocked often with an array of new treasures. I've purchased beautiful original art, handmade ceramic pottery, a gorgeous Persian rug and many more one of a kind pieces. This is my go to place whenever I'm looking for unique home decor or a special gift. The off putting.. the staff is usually so helpful and kind but there is one employee (Kerry) that can be outright nasty to customers. I witnessed her make disparaging remarks about another customer. She did this in earshot of my mother and I and then acted like the other customer had personally offended her or done something wrong when they asked for a discount on a damaged item from her booth. She then proceeded to speak to my mother about why her nasty remark was justified. It was gross and I hope that the owner of the store reads this review and is able to address Kerry's nasty attitude. The other complaint is when you see an item with a thrift store price tag right next to the vendors highly inflated price tag. So tacky! I do highly recommend this store but I also hope they can address these issues.

I've been to this specific location twice in the past week and I can see myself visiting more often. It's not particularly close to home but it's the closest location to me and it's doing the trick. Every Hobby Lobby is exactly the same, even the layout, and this one is no exception. It's located in a shopping complex and there is a giant parking lot out front. The seasonal stuff is on the right and all things floral can be found on the left. Everything from décor, to fabric, to knick knacks, and art supplies can be found somewhere in the middle. I generally visit for paint supplies and décor. I have several of their pictures hanging on my walls and I go through a lot of paint, brushes, canvasses, etc. I also really enjoy their seasonal items and party supplies. I can almost always find something fitting for the special occasion. This place always does a good job of getting you to think you're receiving a crazy good deal on things. This is especially true with the famous "forty percent off one item" deal that is offered on every visit. Let's be honest though, it sorta works. The customer service here is pretty on par with other locations I've been to. Depending on who you talk to, they can be really helpful or not so much.
