This is a really hard thing to review, (mostly since i need them to still be in business in 25…read moreyears) the issue with Mack Mattress is, what is a Mack Mattress? It's not like a Serta or Sealy, you can say those and everyone knows what those brand names are.. The Mack mattress is a clone or knock-off, but that doesn't really do it any favors. The problem is "what is a Mack Mattress?" It's a mattress that is US made in the same series line as the name brand, but.. Made better, better materials, better stitching, better internals, better colors, better textures, it's all around a better product. Then also none of the stupid tariffs, since it's made here, so it's more affordable, and a better product, so to say it's a clone or knockoff, really doesn't do it justice.. If anything it's the same colors as other brands, but a much better product. My mattresses replaced a 30 year old sealy and a 10 year old "original mattress factory" mattress, which was hot garbage. That is the mattress, but.. It's not just the mattress.. The Good: Mattresses we purchased were both incredibly well made. They were comfortable, and they have decent financing if needed. The "not great": The warranty, while hopefully not needed, if you do need it, there's a restocking fee that is in some cases is the same cost as the mattress itself. The problem with a mattress is until you sleep on it, you really can't tell if it is the best mattress for you, so you can end up wanting to exchange it, but while they offer an exchange option, it's not as good as many other brand name mattress options. I suggest you bring a set of sheets at minimal the bottom sheet, so you can tell how actual comfortable it is.. Otherwise this is a drawback of Mack Mattress. Verdict: I will buy another and will recommend them to anyone who likes to sleep comfortably, including all family members. All things considered this was a great experience..

Delivery was made on a Rainy Friday evening at almost 6pm. Delivery team seemed to be in a hurry to get going. Assembled the bed, brought in the mattress, not wrapped in the protective plastic it comes with, and before you knew it, they were on their way. When we looked at our new mattress, my wife saw that the mattress was dropped outside (unwrapped) and was sopping WET.....in addition, the bed was missing a bolt and was not assembled properly. Service department handled it OK, we got our new mattress a month later. They guaranteed the fact that we will never shop there again. Hire delivery people who care about the customer experience.
