    Shower - unique ovalish shape

Decent, clean, affordable- what more could you want Need to come into town unexpectedly and someone else I knew was staying here so I took a chance . Never slept At a sleep inn but it all Worked out fine Rooms are smaller - most space taken up with furniture so if you are used to spreading out or having a couple people in one room keep that in mind My room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave which I appreciated all of them Check in was easy - there were a couple people ahead of me but the clerk was efficient and friendly The bed was comfy and had soft sheets. Shower good size with an adjustable shower head and good pressure . I had super hot water at night - in the morning water not as hot but still sufficient Clock radio that I was going to use for an alarm was a little tired and I wasn't so sure it would work so I relied on my phone alarm Breakfast had an ok amount of options - would have liked apples or pears in addition to the bananas instead of eating a dole fruit cup. Eggs served with a meat every day, waffle maker, bread options Loved that there was a choice of juices in a dispenser - orange and apple . Coffee dispenser also let you choose regular, decaf and even dark! Appreciated the dark coffee option. Also liked that there was half n half and not just fake creamers They asked if I wanted first or Second floor When I checked In and I said it did not matter . In retrospect- I should have chosen top because the people above me were heavy walkers . Fixed having to listen to that by putting the fan on the HVAC unit to muffle it The toilets appear to be low flown- mine got clogged but I called the front desk And they brought down a plunger for me to use which remedied the situation thank goodness - if there are kids with you make sure they don't use too much paper to avoid issues The bath towels were also a little small - would have preferred bigger ones. The pocket door doesn't keep the heat from the shower in that area so getting out was a little chilly Hotel is close to a grocery store, Walmart and a few restaurants which was nice I would stay here again

It's a nice, budget friendly motel. The rooms are small, but I wasn't there for too long. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. It's right across the street from a shopping center with a large parking lot, where there's a walmart (very convenient) and restaurants. They have free breakfast for their customers, and the front desk is extremely nice and accommodating. If you want a bottle of water, ask them, and a cold, refreshing water from the fridge is given to you.

Stayed here on my most recent trip to the Flag! Service was friendly and efficient and check in was a breeze. I was traveling solo which turned out to be a good thing. These rooms are tiny, I mean small, ok for just me, but I can't imagine two people crammed in there. Despite the small size the room was cozy and comfortable, the bed was decent and my room was clean. The walk into town where all the action is , takes a bit of time, but it is doable, and if you're like me and are there to go to brewpubs, not having to drive is a nice plus! Plus you can get warmed up by hitting up Grand Canyon Brewing which is a short walk away. You're also close to several fast food options, a local burger joint , a grocery store, and a Sizzler! The pool was nice as well, but the jacuzzi needed a good cleaning. Overall very nice trip, I'd stay there again.

Great Value! I was traveling with my parents and had to make sure I find a clean, comfortable and quiet place in Falstaff. I Did some looking around online, mostly on Yelp, and scored! Sleep Inn is far enough from the railroad line that runs across the city, so no running train noise at nights. Although it is near the highway, the windows are what you might call soundproof, so no problem! The beds are very comfortable, good pillows and clean rooms. Breakfast is served downstairs every morning and is actually fine if you are travelling on a tight budget, and the coffee is OK too. The staff are very friendly and the location is near a couple of good eateries. Also, there is a Walmart across the street in case you need to purchase something.

There's no parking late at night. Narrow spaces, and people hogging them like this!

The bed bugs were unforgiving. The location and of the hotel was great, breakfast was decent but the bed bugs were relentless.

I book the room in the morning and usually arrive late. I booked this room Oct 24, 2025 thru booking.com. I reserved a king room. I arrived around 11 p.m. to check in. The clerk stated that they didn't have any king rooms available, they shampooed the carperts and they are not dry, I have a double queen. I said I booked a king room, if you do not have it cancel my room and I'll find another place to stay. To my surprise she found a king room and stated that she would have to inconvience another guest (not my problem). She snatched up my card and charged it $128. I got to the room on the 3rd floor in the back no elevator. The windows and door was facing the wall in the breese way. there was a ramp going down to get into the room (the floor was lower to the door seal. I turned on the lights and this was horrible, a slight smell of mold, the ceiling had big stains and cracks from leaking, the entire paint job in the room was horrible (looks like someone tried to stretch a pint of paint for the entire room). This room was actually a suite with a kitchen. The refirgerator looks like it was sitting outside in the elements and put in the room complety filtly inside and outside. The cabinets looked like they were picked out of a dumpster, the stove had a red light on it showing the electrice burners were on, the oven was gross. The floors were not swepted or mopped. The walls had stains all over them drip markes to the floor. The double couch was gross, I moved it from the wass and there was enough dirt and dust to grow weeds. There were white shavings (powder) from sanding the walls all over the edges of the walls, The tile job on the floor lookes like a 6 year old did it, huge gaps all around the base boards. Every light swith was dirty and reused with different paint and stains, a light over the sink was out. You could not close the bathroom door from inside the bath room without standing in the tub, it was only about 6 to 8 inches between the door and toilet. The light above the mirror was a plug in type flurencent light bar that some stuffed into a box and covered it up. The tub was black and old, you could see where the shower mat had been removed, the caulking around the tub and tiile was horrible and over used, this included the baseboards around the toilet and next to the door by the tub. There was dust all over the head board that banged if you touched it, the same all over the one night stand. The drapes had water stains all over them from where it leaks inside. I took photos. When I checked out I asked for the manager and got the excuse that the manager is out and will not be in tell next week. I beleive that this is a family member that owns this hotel. There was a guy there that she was talking to also I believe a family member. Ramada this place is horrible and for you to allow them to use your name is embarrassing.

We decided to complete our spontaneous journey by booking a hotel once we arrived in Flagstaff. We decided to book at Hotel Elev8 as it offered great amenities at an acceptable price point. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. When we went to our room, we entered through a side entrance as recommended by the front desk staff. From the main hallway- I was a bit surprised by an abundance of maid carts and extension cords for the vacuums strung out all over the floor. I saw this as a major liability of a guest were to trip over a cord. The hotel does not have an elevator, which could pose an issue for some guests. This did not bother us though. Our room was clean, and updated. I was very impressed by how nice of a room it was considering the low price we paid. I loved that there was a 24 hour gym, sauna, large hot tub and pool on the property. All in all, I feel that this hotel was well worth it for the price. We would definitely book another room here in the future.

It's a downright rip off. $40 EXTRA for an $80 room, that's a 50% premium just because I have a dog. I asked what the outrageous fee was for and they could not give me an answer other than 'extra cleaning' which we all know is total BS. Housekeeping does absolutely nothing different because there was a pet in the room. Policies like this are just a blatant rip off. Anyways we went up the street to Days Inn where they don't charge exorbitant pet fees.

Blue, the front desk associate, has some of the worst communication skills I've seen in customer…read moreservice. He is extremely hostile and quick to raise his voice to yell at customers. He seems mentally unbalanced and is not a good face for the business. I made a reservation online and arrived with a small camper in tow. Blue immediately assured me that it wouldn't be possible for me to park anywhere on the premises, though I'd already paid to stay the night. When I asked "surely you aren't that busy, the parking lot has many open spaces", he raised his voice to yell at me that as a policy they do not accept oversized vehicles and I needed to find somewhere else to stay. I am a young woman traveling alone and grown men yelling at me is scary, so I left the premises to find another hotel to stay at. I called the agency I booked the hotel through to cancel the reservation. Blue reassured them on the phone that he can't do a refund because one guest can only take up 2 parking spaces. My car and camper can detach and take up exactly 2 spaces. This detail would have been helpful to hear initially instead of being yelled at and shooed away so I could resolve the situation. Because I booked another hotel room at Blue's insistence, and then he refused me a refund. I returned to the hotel to clarify with Blue that I would have liked to know the bit about being able to take up 2 parking spots because I could have fixed the problem and stayed there instead of paying for 2 hotels, but he started raising his voice at me, telling me the blatant lie that he "was trying to tell me that, but I wouldn't listen", and continued to scream at me to get off his property. As long as this man is working here, I'd recommend staying far away from this business. I've added some photos of the space in the parking lot for reference.

The staff when I arrived was nice and welcoming. Lee was working and she's absolutely wonderful. This being said- I switched rooms three times within the first 10 minutes. First room was cleanish but smelled of smoke and although it's listed as smoke free- the room next to it was cracked a foot and there was a man smoking in his doorway. The second rooms beds were made but the bedding was unusually wrinkled, I pulled both back and there was body fluids and tons of hair all over the sheets. The third room that we actually stayed in under the repeated phrase of "it's just one night and we don't have to shower", the linens were clean but it was gross. Phone had dirt all over it and was sticky, there was crumbs all over the floor (didn't realize it until I took my socks off and walked to the bathroom and then we put shoes on anytime we walked on the floors afterwards), there is dirt build up everywhere and in every nook and cranny of the room, it looks like at one point they painted or resealed bathtubs and they are all peeling, there is stuff wiped all over the walls, the elevator/stairs/everywhere that's a common area is gross. The people diagonal under us were outside drinking and being loud until at least 2am. Never again. I already cancelled our two upcoming reservations we had there.

So when we had to travel to Flagstaff again for some appointments at the end of Feb this year, we figured things would be same. We had booked through Priceline a queen room in a smoking room as we vape. When we checked in, the woman was very nice and check in was fine. Our room however was not good. It was 2 double beds. One of the lights didn't work. The lights that did work had two different light shades. There was something very sticky dropped on the floor that hot water couldn't even get off the floor. One of the lamp shades was broken. The TV got maybe 10 tv channels. There was a dirty crusty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain bar. The beds were pretty hard. The biggest downfall of the room was how hot the room was. When we checked in, it was really warm, so we pushed the ancient (falling off the wall) thermostat all the way to cool and turned on the fan. Instead of cooling the room, it got to over 90 degrees. We woke up at 4 am dying in the heat. We had to open the door and let the cold air in to cool off the room. We were not able to sleep after. At checkout, you don't actually check out with a real person, it's a kiosk with someone across the world. It is so impersonation. I believe since Motel 6 has been acquired by Oyo, they have gone downhill. Also, look into the air vent. Ours shows the filter had not been changed since November 2024.
