We went back to the store and the owner was fantastic, ordered the new pieces for us and when they arrived, delivered them to us. We reassembled the bed and the owner came to help us with the final assembly. Great guy! Great prices, very happy with the product and service! highly recommend.

Ended up ordering through the website as it was $150 cheaper and saved us driving back to Huntsville to place the order even though Huntsville was still doing the delivery. Was told today that they won't be removing the old mattress as they don't do that on out of town deliveries even though they had no problem giving a price to remove the old one the other day when we were looking in the store. I will not spend a another dime at the Brick in Huntsville if that's how they do business. Clearly you can't trust anything that they say. Not impressed!

We purchased a fridge less than two years ago from the Brick and it totally broke down recently. A repair company said that it could not be fixed and that it was a lemon. The Brick was very unhelpful when I called them and spoke abruptly and rudely to me. They repeatedly said that they didn't manufacture the fridge and only sold it so they have no responsibility. They would not apologize and said the issue has nothing to do with them because they did not manufacture it. Do not trust the products sold from their store and the staff is very unpleasant.

The love seat was $1200, and the cost to repair from the contractor who built the custom stairs is $1600. Leon's refuses to do anything beyond refund the love seat. They expect to pay the $400 difference out of pocket. The Macdonald family owners refuse to speak to me, and refuse to do anything to fix the situation. Do not trust these drivers in your home as if they do any damage you'll have a long stressful fight to get anything repaired. We offered them to hire their own contractor they refused. But they gladly told me to file with my home insurance, istead of them filing with their delivery driver insurance and making the situation right. We've been fighting since the 29th and finally just accepted the refund and are taking the loss, because fighting them in court is going to be a long stressful situation and we just need our home fixed so we're absorbing a loss. I strongly encourage everyone to not support the Macdonald family franchise, they own Owen Sound, Orillia and Collingwood. You'll have a horrible situation dealing with Nikita in the warranty department and she'll do nothing to assist you. Lindsay Brooks won't even have the courage to speak to me and justify why she won't pay the full repair bill. Terrible stressful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

We purchased this $2200 sectional in Mid-july and were told that because of covid and other delays, we wouldnt receive the couch until the end of September which we decided was fine and gave them 100% of the money. At the beginning of October we called the store because we had not heard anything, at that time they told us there were still shipping delays and the order was not expected to arrive until the end of October. In mid November we called them again because we hadn't received any updates via email telephone, email, letter or nothing and asked what was going on with our purchase, they said that due to sheer volume of orders that there was additional delays and now we were slated for the end of November. On December 3rd we called the store again after not being contacted by anybody, and we're now told that the item is still approximately three weeks out. I don't want see anything bad about the sales person because he was very very good and this is not his fault, but if you want your furniture before summer of 2022 or later, i suggest you shop elsewhere. I might also add that no one has offered us any compensation other than "would you like to come in and pick something else", sorry no, I don't want to start this waiting process all over again. Once our item arrives we will not consider Leon's for any future purchases.

For $70, the quality and firmness is very good. The mattress is even flip-able, a feature that is not common nowadays, and can extend the useful life of the mattress. The second reason for the 5 stars rating is the selection. There are 3 models of twin mattress in the showroom. All of them are within my budget of $200. The nicest one costs $200, and it looks like something that would cost more somewhere else. I went to another mattress stores before I came to Springmade. There was only one mattress on sale under $200. One note to people interested in buying a mattress at Springmade: all the prices are HST inclusive, and you can pay by major credit cards. Joe is the owner. If you want to, you can negotiate the price with him directly. I didn't bother to negotiate cause $70 was cheap enough. Thank you, Yelp, for leading me to Springmade.
