It was an excellent experience, he followed up when he said and was very easy to work with on helping me make decisions. In the end I opted just for the bedframe but I will definitely shop there again as I continue making decor decisions during our renovation. When I entered the store Nadir was already helping others but still attended to me without interaction loss with the others - this way I wasn't waiting a long time while someone else was trying all the mattressess. We have purchased all of our mattressess from the Bayfield Sleep Country over the years and all good experiences but I have to say Nadir has been the most helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

One of the most positive buying experiences I have had in YEARS! After dealing with large box…read morestores this is a mom and pop business the kind of which I haven't seen in decades. Chris and his wife not only passionate about their products they really care about their customers. Chris went way out of his way to help me to find the right mattress for me and after a very negative experience dealing with another latex store in Toronto I went all the way to Barrie to buy my mattress from this store and I am so glad I did. Tallalay latex is so much better than Dunlop (have owned a Dunlop mattress for 4 years and it has been hell). Chris was great at educating me on the difference between the two, and Unique Sleep is the only store I've come across in Ontario that is dedicated only to Tallalay. I can't speak highly enough about the integrity of this store and of it's owners and this is coming from a die hard comparative shopper who has looked at, visited, and talked to (cumulatively) over 50 latex stores in the USA and Canada over a two year period in which I was researching latex mattresses. If you want a latex bed this is where to go. All the way!!!
