After approval you do a sleep over. The sleep over is not easy they hook you up to all kinds of equipment then tell you to go to sleep. I think I slept a little. I was told it was good enough to get the information they needed. The TMD did a good job with everything the staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is explained very well. They will make you an appointment for whenever you want. They will work with on a date and time. The sleeping rooms are nice and clean good beds. The waiting room is stark just some seats against the wall. Some décor would be nice. If you want to get checked out for a sleeping disorder I would give them a try.

They charged my husband for an office visit, not the machine itself, an OFFICE VISIT ($60.00 copay) for stopping in the office to pick up the machine that would be used for his scheduled home sleep study. He literally walked to the front desk, picked up the machine, and left. They charged him and additional $52.00 for to READ THE RESULTS!!! Not call us with results, but just read them. They then called him in to the office and charged him another $60.00 to give him his next steps from the results. I am so floored by this nickel and dime mentality. When I inquired with the billing department, they told me that they were within their LEGAL RIGHTS TO CHARGE. My daughter is scheduled for a sleep study, but we will find another ENT because this is outrageous. Cross Timbers just because you can charge for something doesn't mean that you should charge!!!

They will not stop until they have solved the issue that you are experiencing. The offices in Arlington and in Mansfield are easy to get to, and both are clean and organized. The desk staff at both offices are always kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for a better ENT office than this one. I highly recommend them.
