I absolutely love sleek. As someone who prizes her brows like a child, I was terrified to move to an area and find a great eyebrow waxing/threading spot in the Jax Beach area. They are very professional. She prioritizes sanitizing and keeping most clients separate (going above and beyond social distancing rules). She kept my natural brow shape while just cleaning up the edges and using tint to fill in the sparse hairs for a slightly more bolder brow look. Thank goodness for this place. I just moved from California and I'm rather protective of my eyebrows. I'm so glad I found this place, the woman who did my eyebrows was a sweetheart and she took the time to listen to what I was asking for before she did anything. My only complaint is that the quality of the thread she used was extremely rough on my skin and it took a few hours before the mild swelling around my brows went down. I usually go elsewhere for waxing, but I discovered this spot through Groupon. I made an appointment the day before going in, and she was able to fill me in. The manager was the only one there today, so she took care of me. She was very nice and wants her clients to feel as comfortable as possible. She moves very quick, but is also thorough in getting every bit of hair. She will explain every step of her process so you're aware of what's going on. She also said once of the swelling goes down and there is any leftover hairs, the client can come again within the next few days and she will take care of it for free. She also has an email list and sends out coupons for every holiday, so I recommend you sign up for that. Besides waxing, she also does threading too. Her prices are also competitive :) read more

So I've been going to Sushilas off Baymeadows for a few years now and I was pleased with the service from her. But the distance and lack of openings made me start to look elsewhere. I googled best places in the city and came across this establishment. The free shaping offer is what brought me, because that's all I needed and it was off beach was a little closer.
