No High Pressure sales. I brought $60 cash for a bottle of lotion. The lady only charged me $20. I've seen the same bottle she sold me as high as $80 at other salons. They have complimentary eye goggles. Pretty much everywhere else you go will nickel and dime you to death for those. Every time I've gone, there's been zero wait time or any lines. She also lets me use the lay down bed for the price of the stand up. Which I needed today after a 12 hour work day. Literally nodded off and caught myself snoring. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and made me look like a golden goddess. She was so kind to text me that night to see how I was doing. I told her I had a couple of spots on my thigh and she reassured me not to worry and that was a normal occurrence and usually after everything sets for 10 hours and you shower, the color blends. She also offered me to come back the next morning if needed, but once I took a shower, the spots were gone and my color looked bronze and even. My appointment started at 3:00 PM, but the facial was finished around 3:50 PM. I asked my esthetician, Serena, why the service ended so early because I was expecting the full 90-minute experience. I was told that the service is based on what your skin needs rather than the scheduled time, and that I did not require many extractions. While I understand that every facial should be customized to the client's skin and that I did receive the LED light treatment, I was disappointed that the service ended after about 50 minutes when I had booked and paid for a facial advertised as 1 hour and 30 minutes. I did not receive a mask, and the facial massage felt extremely minimal. In my experience at other spas, when extractions or corrective treatments are not needed, the esthetician typically uses that time for a longer facial massage, additional mask time, scalp massage, hand and arm massage, neck and shoulder massage, or other relaxing treatments so that the appointment still feels complete and the client leaves feeling cared for and pampered. Instead, I left feeling as though I received less because I take good care of my skin. What was most frustrating was paying the full $140 price, plus a 15% tip, while receiving a significantly shortened service. Had I known that the appointment could be reduced by nearly 40 minutes depending on my skin condition, I would have appreciated that being clearly communicated before booking. Advice: If you have acne, congestion, or significant extraction needs, this service may be a good value for you. However, if you maintain your skin regularly and are looking for a relaxing 90-minute facial, self-care experience, or glow-up refresh, I would strongly recommend asking exactly what is included and how long your treatment is likely to last before booking or just go somewhere else. I left feeling disappointed, misled by the advertised appointment length, and feeling that I did not receive the full experience that was represented for the price.

She was polite and apologized, but that was it--no gift certificate, no card, no menu, no information on who to contact or how to follow up. I simply walked out empty-handed. Totally turned away. Looking back, I should have known better. Last year, I received a Visions gift certificate. When I tried to make an appointment (I live nearby), I was told they couldn't schedule me and that I needed to call the number on the card. I called twice and left my number both times--no one ever called me back. That was enough for me. My mom had a similar experience. She booked a massage, showed up, and the masseuse was a no-show. She rescheduled, only for the masseuse to reschedule on her--twice. Eventually, the times offered no longer worked, and she gave up and never went back. Overall, this place is just a hassle--from purchasing gift certificates to booking and keeping appointments. There's a clear lack of organization and follow-through. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother.
