We brought enough samples home that we could have done our floors with them. The outcome of our job was 5 stars plus. Antonio and his crew did an outstanding job. There was one mistake, I made, and told Antonio we were putting carpet on a landing where flooring was supposed to go. When I realized my mistake and told him he immediately corrected it with no problem. Fortunately they had just started the area. It took them less than two days to do two bedrooms , large living room, sunroom and staircase with a mixture of LVP flooring and carpet.. We had prepared for it taking three days. Also we had followed their prep sheet and had all the small stuff removed. Antonio and his crew moved all the furniture as needed. The installation was professional and we were pleased with the staggering of the planks. We would highly recommend DWF based on our experience.

They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

I don't think Nikki had any control over this, as it seemed they contract with a third party for delivery and installation. My kitchen is small, and my order included only 6 pre-assembled base cabinets, with no upper cabinets--making it a very straightforward install. I knew the installers were overcharging me. Frustrated, I reached out to other cabinet dealers for quotes on the same brand, and the prices I received were significantly lower, aligning more closely with Nikki's initial quote.
