Now imagine, a brewery that's unexpected, dog, friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly, bring your own food, bring your own board/card game, enjoy the vibes of good time, and vacation relaxing. I can't wait to come again in the summer or spring. My spouse and I were in town the week of New Year's in this place was busy! They had a gourmet hot dog stand/ truck outside in the front of the brewery. This isn't a typical brewery set up when you walk in, there's a gift shop you order a beer right there with from friendly staff. It was a 50+ degree "winter" day, it felt natural to order a stout beer. The beers were on the more pricey side, but the beverage comes with complementary glassware to take home. It was weird, but it felt kind of natural that there were people under 21 since there was the hotdog stand and we brought our six month old baby. There are a few people with dogs, which I would recommend. I somehow ordered the best peanut butter stout I've ever had, which was a variation of their Opossum Pouch Stout. My spouse got a pumpkin spice brown ale, which was a variation of their Bigfoot Brown Ale. I won't lie, but normally I go halves with my spouse that comes to food and drinks... However, I was happy not to share my peanut butter stout. I can't wait to come again

The beers are solid across the boar; clean, well-made, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they're brewing. It's a simple place done right, and sometimes that's all you need. Good beer, plenty of room to sit, and a place that feels comfortable the moment you walk up. I'd come back without hesitation.

The vibe and atmosphere was stellar. The staff were more than friendly and knew their craft beers! We tried some new flavors and were made undeniable fans. I ordered a plate of Duck Fat Fries. This is a total game changer! Even more so, dipping them golden fried sticks in Truffle Mayo... as Buford T. Justice would say... SUMBITCH. And that homemade ketchup? So good it made me want to go smack Junior's mama. We also ordered the Crawfish Dip. It was disgustingly scrumpdidallyumtious!!! Pure flavor profile explosion in my mouth. Never had anything like that before. My wife and I also decided to split a Smash Burger and that thick cut bacon with juicy beef patties... damn. One of the most memorable and satisfying experiences I've ever had, and I haven't even talked about the drinks. My eyes sparkled when I seen a Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned on the menu. A must try. ER MA GAWD!!! One of the best I've ever had... everrrrrr! We also ordered the Cinn-Full Cran Hard Cider by Locust... I now have to find this... just have to! My FIL ordered an ice cream treat with three spoons... lol. Everyone had to give it a try. We ended up ordering a growler of the State Street Blonde to go, and it lasted a day. Unbelievable. I'm heartbroken the place is closed, but will forever leave an impression of Texarkana for me. Thank you! As always, Enjoy & Happy Road-tripping!!

While passing through on a road trip, my local friend recommended Pecan Point and I'm glad I went. Located in downtown, you'll find free street parking in front of the restaurant. We were greeted as soon as we entered and the inside is spacious and casual. I ordered the raspberry Chipotle smash burger ($16), peach cobbler, and a flight of beer and cider ($10). What made this burger stand out was the raspberry Chipotle sauce and fried jalapeños! The flight includes four 4oz pours of any draught and mine were Irish red ale, Pecan Pointe ale, bock beer, and apple cider. The Irish red was my favorite and the Pecan Pointe my least. I would have liked the cobbler to be a little more crunchy, but was still enjoyable. I recommend and will visit again when in town.

Some minor notes: the beer cheese is a little different (not like velveeta or whatever) & the bathroom is quite large but can get a little chilly in winter. But these are minor - we love this place every time we come in town!

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

We were a party of 2 that happened to arrive the same time as a party of 8-10 around 8pm. It was dark and our table wasn't really set up for service: there was no night lamp on the table to read the menu and it took forever to get napkins and silverware. We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice. Indoors is loud.

The inside is uniquely decorated with features such as accordian lights and the original inudstrial ceiling of the building. There was a bit of a wait as the table was prepared. We were then quickly seated. To start off, we got the pepperoni chips. They're exactly what you'd imagine. Crispy pepperoni slices that are served with a side of marinara sauce. Now, don't get me wrong... they were definitely good. However, would I get them again? No. They were more salty than I would have liked. We mainly were looking for a non-carb starter. Looking back, we probably would have gotten the caprese plates. In terms of pies, we got a large half-n-half. For the first half, we got Hot Honey. Great mix of savory with the shredded pepperoni and then the sweet & spicy offered through the hot honey. Then for the other half, we got the Fungal Jungal. There were crimini, oyster, and portabella mushroooms... plenty of flavory as well as a good amount of roasted garlic. This was probably our favorite out of the two. Though both were still good overall! Aside from the food, everything was reasonably priced and service was top-notch! Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed it, but wouldn't probably eat there again. Plenty of other more reasonable options for a gf plant based eater.
