Stumbles upon this little brewery while traveling in Arkansas. Very small brews. Fun place great people in the middle of the woods. We all had a brat to eat and a small flight of beer. Fun time.

Owner is super nice and loves to chat about all things beer. They are just starting up so still playing with beer recipes. I would check them out but keep in mind they are new so give them time to solidify their recipes. Totally rooting for these guys and I'm excited to see how they grow in the beer community. They are in it for the right reasons and I love that the vibe is friendly and you can really chill with friends rather than sitting in a loud commercial location where conversation struggles to compete with the music and others. Well known for The Patriot, an easy drinking German-style pilsner with a bit of a malty sweetness. This was my favorite of all the samples. If you are a sweet tea drinker then go for the Harbor Water, a hard Arkansas sweet tea. Everyone in our party enjoyed it, if they liked sweet tea. Careful though, it's a sneaky one and is likely to be a panty dropper... The current batch of Daisy If You Do, the pumpkin beer, is light on the pumpkin and leans a little more towards a oatmeal stout. This batch of Dick's IPA was a sour IPA and had a funky nose and taste. I didn't get any normal hop notes or pine so this one was a miss for me. Kamehameha is a pineapple cider with a very blonde pineapple color and has a rich pineapple flavor. The Irish Serrano Mole Stout is a rotational item. You can definitely smell the serrano and you get the back bite. Let it warm up to bring out all the flavor. My husband enjoyed the Ol' Hickory, a porter beer based on George Washington's recipe. It has a nice dark porter color and tastes better as it warms up. They have and can fill growlers. Dogs are allowed. As a frequent beer drinker I delight in finding a new place with good ownership. My recommendation to them would be find 2-3 styles and get really good at making those as a base for your fans and then experiment with rotational gems. Side note - don't be afraid of the 20 min drive from Hot Springs - it's a beautiful drive.

Most unusual brewery find...on a farm in the hills of Arkansas, in 2 shipping containers! It works for us! We had lunch (brats) and shared a flight of four different small-batch brews. I have to admit, I loved the "Harbor Water", a Arkansas Hard sweet tea! Great visit and experience here in Lonsdale! Thank you!

Brad and his crew were also serving up a locally made sausage (we had just had lunch, but they smelled great).

The inside is uniquely decorated with features such as accordian lights and the original inudstrial ceiling of the building. There was a bit of a wait as the table was prepared. We were then quickly seated. To start off, we got the pepperoni chips. They're exactly what you'd imagine. Crispy pepperoni slices that are served with a side of marinara sauce. Now, don't get me wrong... they were definitely good. However, would I get them again? No. They were more salty than I would have liked. We mainly were looking for a non-carb starter. Looking back, we probably would have gotten the caprese plates. In terms of pies, we got a large half-n-half. For the first half, we got Hot Honey. Great mix of savory with the shredded pepperoni and then the sweet & spicy offered through the hot honey. Then for the other half, we got the Fungal Jungal. There were crimini, oyster, and portabella mushroooms... plenty of flavory as well as a good amount of roasted garlic. This was probably our favorite out of the two. Though both were still good overall! Aside from the food, everything was reasonably priced and service was top-notch! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a gf vegan pizza from the menu. The regular base price was I think around $22. When the bill came, I was FLOORED. I expected up charges, but it memory serves, it was $37 for my small little gf pizza. I was so disappointed. In no world would I pay (including tip) $45 for a tiny pizza. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't probably eat there again. Plenty of other more reasonable options for a gf plant based eater.

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

We were a party of 2 that happened to arrive the same time as a party of 8-10 around 8pm. It was dark and our table wasn't really set up for service: there was no night lamp on the table to read the menu and it took forever to get napkins and silverware. We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice. Indoors is loud.
