I was surprised to see that they offered tours on Saturday nights. I made sure to have dinner beforehand and I'm happy that I did. I took an Uber from my hotel, but they do have a small parking lot out front. There is a maximum of 18 people for the tour. Our tour guide (spirit guide) was Abi. She was so knowledgeable and funny. She made the tour very interesting and was able to answer everyone's questions. I really enjoyed learning about the science of distilling. We got to see the barrels, bottling room, and the still house where the giant copper still and fermentation tanks are located. The tour ended in the private tasting room where we sampled an array of whiskeys, vodkas, and liqueurs. I am not a whiskey drinker, but when in Rome...lol. They had spittoons on each table that we were able to pour unwanted liquor into. We were also given small bottles of water. We were supposed to try 8 samples, but there was an extra one on the table so we ended up sampling 9. I enjoyed the flavored vodkas (salted vanilla and blueberry) as well as the liqueurs (creme de cacao, butterscotch, and coffee - which was my absolute favorite)! We were able to keep the shot glass as a souvenir. I didn't have any cash to tip Abi, but I was able to tip via Venmo. Additionally, we were offered a 15% discount on merchandise. After the tour, I sat at the bar and had a cocktail. Cole was the bartender working and he was super friendly. I had a cocktail called You've Got Mail and it was very refreshing! I was chatting with some people next to me about Negronis when Cole asked me if I had ever tried a Boulevardier (I hadn't). He explained to me that it's a Negroni made with whiskey instead of gin. He ended up making me a sample Boulevardier with the coffee liqueur. Wow, it was so good!! If you like coffee, try the coffee Boulevardier and thank me later. I had a great time at Rock Town. If I were a local, I would be a regular. If I'm ever in Little Rock again, I will definitely be making a stop at Rock Town!

Favorites of the night were the Vieux Carre and the chocolate malt whiskey pour. Fun atmosphere, board games, tvs, and a very popular gift shop. Give RTD a visit while in Little Rock.

Happened to find this spot when I was just looking at random places on google maps and glad we made…read morethe time to come out. This is a distillery that focuses on moonshine but also does some vodka as well. Its a sort of rustic spot that seemed off the main strip so was a bit quieter. My partner and I came for the tasting which was a super deal at $10 a person for around 13 samples of their various drinks. Keally was our server and she was super nice and gave us great background about the various moonshines and drinks. She also provided good suggestions on how to mix them up or pair them with other things. We had a lot of fun and ended up buying some thins to take back with us (which was nice as they have pretty good deals the more you buy).
