Despite purchasing my own jewelry and returning for another attempt, the result still didn't match what I originally requested. Overall, I was disappointed with the communication and experience, and I hope the shop improves its consultation process to ensure customers understand what they're getting before proceeding. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and guidance throughout this experience. When a customer brings in a reference photo, I believe it is important to discuss what is realistically achievable, explain the jewelry options, and make sure both parties understand the desired result before proceeding. As for appointments, I'd probably make one just to be sure that you get one on the day you want one. Atmosphere inside is clean, laid back, there are 3-5 books sitting around for you to browse through while they break out new ink and needles for you.
