Despite purchasing my own jewelry and returning for another attempt, the result still didn't match what I originally requested. Overall, I was disappointed with the communication and experience, and I hope the shop improves its consultation process to ensure customers understand what they're getting before proceeding. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and guidance throughout this experience. When a customer brings in a reference photo, I believe it is important to discuss what is realistically achievable, explain the jewelry options, and make sure both parties understand the desired result before proceeding.
