This is the place where everyone knows everyone. It's friendly and the staff knows you by name and knows your order before you even sit down. The food: Admittedly, they have a relatively small menu, however they picked one menu item and mastered it: Burgers. On the menu they have the Wooly Burger (highly recommended!), the Hot Scottsman, Hobby Horse, the Irishman, as well as featured special burgers like the sundowner and Guinness burger. They also have fries, loaded fries, homemade potato chips, and tacos. Truly you can't go wrong with a burger and order of homemade chips. Wooly's won best burger award for a reason!! Wooly's also has ample seating in the back for patrons who prefer to sit at a table as well as a billiards table. My significant other and I will often hit up Wooly's during the week for a burger and a couple rounds of billiards. The food is great, the ambience is spot on and the sraff helpful and friendly. The food is always delicious and plentiful. After another 10 minutes, a member of our table went to the bar to request we cash out for our round of drinks that we did receive so that we could leave. The bartender ran back to the kitchen and came out to tell us that our food was "ready now" and that the ticket had only been in the kitchen for 30 minutes. This means that the server forgot to enter the ticket for 25 minutes? That is simply unacceptable when coupled with the complete lack of attention to the table. The massive delays caused us to miss an event that we usually would have had plenty of time for.
