Day of appointment: Upon entering the door, I was greeted and directed to sit in the first chair to wait for my stylist U'ilani. I looked at the chair and didn't know how to get in because it looked narrow to get through and sit. I managed to squeeze through but the chair wobbled and tilted a little! Thank goodness I didn't fall over, but that felt embarrassing After watching my stylist maneuver the chair, I quickly learned I could have turned it more! U'ilani greeted me and asked how I wanted my hair to be cut. I asked for the grown out ends to be cut and I still wanted layers. While getting my hair done, I noticed the other stylists talking story with one another giving it a friendly family atmosphere. U'ilani was focused with my hair, after she was done she styled it.

I had already let her know I wanted it to stay longer cause I have curly hair and dont want it to shrink and puff out. That's exactly what it did once it got wet and dried. Well she just kept cutting and gave me like 4 layers. She even gave me side bangs without letting me know and right after she cut them she looked at me and said "you want side bangs?" Umm I don't really have a choice i guess. Now I have to wear a hat and pony tail until my hair grows back. I'm really disappointed because the reviews for this place were very good. Parking is sorta scarce since it shares a space with other businesses. You walk upstairs and immediately see it on the right. Inside, it was nice and clean! Pink and black walls with cute simple decor. The wait was about 10 minutes, since she was running a little late. (She texted me in advance to let me know!) Once I hopped into the chair, she asked me what I wanted done. I decided to do a purple ombré, not too vibrant, not uber crazy. She got it and immediately got to work. She made me totally comfortable and was super friendly! She also had Harry potter playing while I waited for the color to set in. (AWESOME, YUS HARRY POTTAAA) it took about 15 minutes on each side then washed. The result was AMAZEBALLZZZZZ. Gahhhhhh. Haha! She did exactly what I wanted and curled it for a more awesome effect. It was about $130 and totally worth it. She gave me a tube of color to keep my hair vibrant too! Super awesome! I was totally stoked and got tons of compliments.
