I left my car with Skyway Park in September 2023. There was a crack in my windshield when I picked it up. The company acknowledged that there wasn't a crack when I brought it in but refused to reimburse me for repairs. Instead they offered a discount for my next stay. I left my car with them again in March 2024. Not only did they refuse to honour the discount but there was a second, larger crack in my windshield when I picked up my car. I have not heard from them since. They refuse to return my calls, emails and text messages. There is no accountability for damage to vehicles in their care, which appears to be a common occurrence based on my experience and other reviews I have read. Very reasonably priced, tip - they do have coupons on their web site, so take advantage of that. They drop you off and pick you up. However be advised they are open air (no covered parking, so can be tough during the winter months), also the surface lots are not paved, so be prepared to deal with gravel and soft soil (rainy days!). The customer desk is inside a tiny trailer and restrooms are actually an outdoor Port-a-John :( Despite that if I travel again using Toronto, will try them again, service folks were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when we returned the manager Kumar informed me that my truck was stolen from the lot - he then told me they moved my truck to a "more secure" lot because thats where they keep their higher end vehicles. He told me many times that Skyway Park has lots of insurance so not to worry that they will cover everything - again that didn't happen. A couple of days later i received an email from corporate saying that they would "work with MY insurance company ".... so they had no intentions of making it right on their end. I made a reservation a few weeks ago for my family's trip on Oct 8th. We arrived at the lot at 5 am and was very rudely told there were no spots available. I informed the attendant that I had a reservation and he bluntly told me he didn't care. I asked where I could park and he said it was my problem and told me to leave. Have always used Skyway Park when travelling, but will no longer be using them or encouraging others to use them. My car of less then a year old was damaged in their lot (used the valet service), when I pointed out the damage on the door after our trip they claimed it's always been there. Produced the vehicle check that they do when you drop the car off - the penmanship on the form was not even the same. They added the damage on the sheet when we were away as it was always there. The attendant just shrugged his shoulders when I said I've used them in the past but will no longer. Quote to have the damage repaired is north of $900 and still waiting for the manger Suresh to call. Very dishonest company. Highly do not recommend. read more

Our vehicle was parked for 4 weeks. When we returned there was a significant dent in the driver door that was new. We asked about it. The manager said he would call us. He never called. The parking ended up being quite expensive as we have to pay to get the dent repaired. I'm sure they pack cars in where they park them. This was carelessness. So difficult to pick a parking service when flying out of Pearson, reviews seem to be all over the place but this is my recent (March 2024) experience with Skyway Park. For me the service I received was excellent! I chose the valet service, brought my car to their lot, went in, paid, was told where to wait when I returned, was given a vehicle number to quote and the number to call shuttle when returning (returning at 3am) and the shuttle was right there to pick me up and take me to airport, no waiting, dropped off where I needed to be at airport. On return, went to where I was to be picked up, called office, gave the vehicle number, was told 10 minutes, the shuttle arrived in less time than that at 3am. My car was running, lights on, warmed up at the lot, I put my bags in and off I went. Less money than Park N Fly and the line for Park N Fly shuttles was long on my return, there were many still waiting for the next Park N Fly shuttle (only so many can go in the shuttle at one time) while I was already off to get my car. We recently used Skyway Park when flying out of Pearson for a vacation. We'd be gone for 8 days and needed an affordable and secure place to keep the car when we where gone. It was super easy and convenient! You can complete the reservation online, give them your departure and arrival times and done. They have a little shuttle that will pick you up right at your car in their parking lot (super convenient when you are wearing sandals and summer clothes so you don't roast when you get off the plane in the tropics, but it just decided to finally snow the night of your departure) and take you to your terminal for check-in. Same deal coming back. We gave them a call once we were through customs and they were right there when we got outside. No waiting! I was amazed. I've been paying $30 a visit (morning-night) at the Airport Daily Park the last few times I've flown (day trips), and finally got sick of it. Its clearly too much, as demonstrated by the fact that the lot is really empty. As I'm pretty pedantic about my car (I'm the guy who always parks on the far side of the parking lot to avoid dings), I did plenty of research, and decided on this place. I had seen some reviews of Park and Fly that mentioned a long wait for shuttle to airport. I also considered "Skypark", but read some horror story reviews on Google about the valets putting dozens of kilometers on the car; and multiple complaints of car damage. Decided to give this place a try for a one night trip. Cost me $24 (with tax) for 2 days of parking. Pros: -price (I believe this is one of the cheapest options) -shuttle picks you up and drops you right at your car -I may have got lucky, but minimal waiting time for shuttle Cons: -the shuttle is on the small side. It has 3 rows behind the driver. Each time it was full, so some people had to crawl to the back, which was pretty difficult. -the lots are not covered, nor are they paved. Also, there is minimal lighting, which could be a security issue. I got lucky because the main lot was actually full, so I got to park at the paved overflow lot across the street -the overflow lot across the street did have some ice on the parking spot positions. I had to be really careful when I got out of the car. I will use again. read more

I have used a few different off-airport long-term parking facilities for Pearson and this has been the most convenient. The shuttle both ways was fast and the Belfield Road site was easy to get to and leave from to get on the highway. Excellent price at the time (March 2021), and friendly, efficient service. Just got back from a trip and using Skyway Park. Used their online reservation system which was easy to use (I reserved just before i left the house). Service was friendly at the lot, and very quick. Shuttle led us to a parking spot, and waited for us to get out of the car and driver helped us load gear into the shuttle. Ride was about 5 minutes (closer than Park and Fly economy). Shuttle was nothing special, but clean and I wasn't concerned about it falling apart - pretty much all i need for such a short ride. On return, just called the number and someone came to pick up within minutes. Drove us right to the car and ensured we could start the car. The lot is unpaved so a bit bumpy, but its not in terrible shape, and no worse than other paved lots that are full of potholes. Overall, was very happy with the lot given the service and a very good price ($45 after tax) and I'd definitely use them again. edit: I'd recommend using their online reservation system because I believe it is cheaper than their regular posted rates on drive up. I had booked a reservation for valet parking at Skyway Park from May 18 2022 to May 25 2022 as I visited Cuba for the week. I was promised that my car would be safe and sound and they even threw in a free car wash because they realized I was flying out for my birthday. I paid a total of $128 and with this fee this included the pick up and drop off to the nearby Pearson airport. Everything was running smooth in the beginning when I had dropped off my vehicle. I had made sure to take pictures of my vehicle at all angles prior to drop off to ensure that when I do come back I would definitely notice a change (if there were any). As I was arriving in my transfer from the airport and we were nearing my vehicle I realized that my vehicle was left running unattended and the side camera was broken and failing out of the car. You could imagine the emotions I was going through I was not only furious, but I was mad, and extremely angry. I raised my concerns to the driver that went by the name of John and explained everything to him and he had told me that this was out of his control and suggested that I should escalate this issue to Kumar who was the manager of this location. I've managed to get in touch with the manager of the facility and explained my whole ordeal to him he was apologetic and sympathetic in the beginning and then proceeded to tell me that an investigation will be opened and he will escalate this issue to upper management. I've followed up many times with him but he has blocked my number and refuses to respond to my emails. His company refuses to take accountability for their actions as my vehicle was damaged while in their possession. This is not only unfair but extremely unprofessional. After paying and getting a ticket u wait in the car until a shuttle comes to guide u to a parking spot. Then u can get on the shuttle right away. Took 8 min to airport. Great free day staff. My flight was delayed and arrival time was an hour late than specified when I booked but not hassles and didn't charge me extra. Called them after passing customs and waited outside. July, 2012 I am a female, who travels alone on occassion, and this was the first time I wanted to drive myself to the airport, park my car for the week, and then upon my return, get in my car, and drive myself home. I was a little hesitant to do this as I usually use an airport pick up service from my home to the airport, which was very convenient , although a little on the expensive side.Thankfully,the travel agency I dealt with, Bel Air Travel in Barrie,Ontario, gave me this handy little parking voucher for Skyway Park. I drove myself to their lot, which was VERY easy to find by their little map on their voucher, checked in at the office ( I had NOT made any reservation ahead of time) and the person at the counter was very pleasant, and helpful to me. I paid my money, they showed me where to park my car, which was a premier spot right behind their office, and the shuttle driver was there waiting to take me, (just me, we didn't wait for the van to be full before leaving) in their van, air conditioned I might add, to the airport, only a couple of minutes away. I felt very good about leaving my car in their lot. I was told to keep my keys with me. I did not have to leave the keys with them, which also made me feel good, as I knew no one would be driving my car anywhere while I was away.It was a great experience at Skyway Park. The shuttle driver was very nice, chatted with me, and was very pleasant and polite. He dropped me off exactly at the entrance I needed to be to check in. Upon my return, it was just as pleasant an experience as when I arrived. Once I was through customs, I called the number, they were there within 10 mins and once again, very helpful and polite to deal with. I would definately recommend this business if you are interested in parking and flying. It was relatively inexpensive and just the peace of mind was worth every penny. I returned late at night (11:35 p.m.) and found their lot very well lite and I felt very safe. It certainly is a nice feeling to deal with such pleasant people that deliver great customer service. We just used this service for the first time in about 10 years, and it appears that the owners have changed since the last time we used them. The employees were great - very friendly. And the shuttle service was very fast - which is exactly what you want to see, after you come home from a really long flight. Something I didn't like was that they insist that everybody really pack their cars in pretty close to each other, so it felt a bit scary driving around the lot to get to the self-park spot, it felt a bit uncomfortably close to have the car so near the neighboring cars. And then when we came back, there were cars double-parked behind ours that needed to be moved before we could go home. I still think this place is better than the Park N Fly value lot - just because the Park N Fly value lot has poor shuttle service, even though their actual parking spaces were nice and wide. Also with this place, there's an attendant who helps with payment up front, so then you can just go home when you come back. In sum, I have mixed feelings about this place - we may still use it again, because it's got a great price. It wasn't without it's drawbacks though. read more

They lost my car! For the first time EVER, I reluctantly agreed to valet parking because they were very busy on check-in and hence recommended valet. When I returned from my trip (1am) there were two cars sitting there running, but neither of them were mine! What followed was an hour of mass confusion, inability to easily identify my key, and despite several 'drive around the lot' attempts, could not find my car! They sent a person to the overflow lot and he too came back empty handed. They were scrambling to find my car and match a key...blaming staff, computer systems and anything else they could think of. Finally after an hour I got back in the van with one of their staff and we went to the overflow lot and alas...there it was! Once we matched the key to the vehicle I was off home (2 hour drive) but far from happy. I will NEVER use valet parking again!! read more

Used Skywaypark for the first time in late November. Always had a ride to and from the airport before, but thought I was taking advantage, so tried this instead. Arrival and trip to the airport was easy. Was supposed to be for three days, but weather in PEI had other plans. Called the parking lot, explained the situation and the new arrival date. Turned into a six day stay, but there was no problem. Called for the shuttle when I got my luggage, quick pickup and return to the parking lot. So finally after reading a ton of Skyway Park reviews - I decided to give it a try. First of all the price was great - very affordable and it was Valet too. I made reservation online, then called to verify. The guy on the phone was polite and answered all the questions that i had. I entered early in the am, gave the keys to the guy and the shuttle was waiting to bring me to the airport. On the way back, when I got my luggage, called the number i was given and under 10 min was picked up! I have tried a couple of these parking services and this one by far beats them all! Its affordable, which was important to me! Great customer service! if you call them with a question - someone picks up the phone right away! I choose Skyway Park after reading the reviews here. I must say that the service was indeed outstanding. We booked our parking effortlessly at their website and paid in advance. The price was very reasonable in comparison to the others. After checking in we were greeted by a driver within 3 minutes. The main lot was full however so they had us follow the van to a secondary lot at the back of an industrial building across the road. I was concerned about that as it wasn't fenced in like the main lot but everything was okay when we arrived back. (I nicked them for one star due to their failure to salt the ice at the overflow parking area. It was extremely slippery and negligent in my opinion.) When we arrived back at Pearson I called the number for a pick-up. The guy on the other end was very patient with me as I fumbled through the myriad of papers and junk in my pockets trying to find the parking tag number. (Thanks!) He then told me a driver would be there in 5 minutes. He was there in about 3 minutes! We drove ahead a short distance and picked up two young ladies who started teasing us about them getting the "valet service" and how Skyway was going to clean the snow off their car and it would be all warmed up for them.
