The next day, when the tech came to my office, he looked at both chips and told me they were already repaired. I was thinking " Wow, a service tech with integrity, how refreshing!" He said that wouldn't be a problem and snuck my wife and I right at the end of the day. They were also able to install the tires I wanted and able to replace all of my old lug studs and repair any holes that were damaged on my hubs. I forgot to mention one of my ball joints needed to be replaced and he said they had them in stock and could have it done with the four wheel alignment . The price was way lower than I expected and had me out in 2 hours. They had to order 2 of my wife's 4 wheels in but had her in by the next day at another great price. Every star earned!! I brought my car in for a simple winter tire install, and they managed to chip the finish on all four of my BBS wheels. To make it worse, they even installed the wrong tire size on one wheel -- an absolutely ridiculous mistake. When I confronted the general manager, he flat-out denied everything and tried to gaslight me by claiming I must be confusing my car with another customer's vehicle. Their customer service team wasn't any better. They also denied the damage despite the obvious evidence. Only after pushing the issue did they offer to pay for repairs, but at that point I had already disputed the charge with my credit card company. This place is a joke. I will never return to any Belle Tire location, and I strongly urge others to stay far away unless you want your vehicle damaged and then be blamed for it.

I did a Yelp search to find body shops in the area and was nervous as almost all I visited (at least 4 others in a 5-10 mile area) gave me higher than expected quotes, said they had to wait weeks to "order" a part needed and/ or had longer promise times/ billed more hours than needed for repair when I compared them all together. However this shop is the best! Even though I had to wait a bit to get an appointment in, the process was seamless from when I popped in for an estimate to when I drove out of there. DJ was kind and courteous as was Eris and helped assure me my car would be done in the timeframe promised and not only delivered that promise but has my car looking better than ever and helped buff out a few extra scratches! I highly recommend this shop as they do quality, exceptional work and are fair and honest in pricing compared to numerous other shops in the Novi and surrounding area. Thank you DJ!

I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

One this I will say is this place is CLEAN. Walking into the restroom smelled like I was at a hospital - it was disinfected and spotless. On each of the tables you will find hand sanitizer and/or facial tissues. This place is super clean! Another plus, my vehicle was done before the stated time. My insurance suggested Safelite and the price paid was set by my insurance company, which wasn't much at all. Not a bad place to go if you need your windshield repaired or replaced.
