There were no shenanigans to try to sell me on a replacement or costly repairs, which is refreshing as couple of inspectors had made the roof appear to be an urgent matter. Mr. E. took many photographs of the roof, both of the problem area and of other areas that would turn into problems if I didn't do anything about them, and gave me a detailed explanation. His crew came the next Saturday and fixed the problem. I showed up later in the day and just missed them. Apart from the obviously repaired section of the roof there was no trace that they had been there; they had cleaned up everything completely. I texted Mr. E. and because he was still in the area he came by to receive his payment. He had more photographs and detailed explanations of what the repair crew had done. I am thoroughly pleased.
