I am so grateful for the care and compassion I received during my visits to Dr. Rajesh Pandey and…read morestaff for lower back pain and a variety of issues that I experienced as a result of the Omicron virus. I was promptly assessed and treated after a very thorough and full review of the onset and history of this condition. It has been noted that a series of low dose medications are quite helpful in addressing the issue and I was prescribed these. Since continuing on these medications, my lower back pain has subsided greatly. I was referred on to an Endocrinologist to further assess any difficulties I may be experiencing as a result of this virus. I cannot adequately express my gratitude enough to Dr. Pandey and his wonderful staff for the very kind and professional treatment that they exhibited in caring for me. The doctor and his staff coordinate extremely well together ensuring total care of their patients. They are wonderful and caring people. I most highly recommend the Kayal team to anyone and everyone needing highly competent and professional experience and excellence for any orthopedic concerns they may be experiencing as they offer care for all orthopedic patients. Many, many thanks to all!!! Brenda Pirone

Garnished my wages, and sued me over a 20k medical bill I didn't even know I had. Want to know what that bill was for? An MRI, EGG test, some cortisone shots, an 2 X-rays. Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. My small town orthopedic correctly diagnosed me with GOUT with blood work and have been fine ever since, something kayal never even thought of.

I didn't mind that the nurse thought I was the patient (woman) instead of my friend (male). Maybe look at the chart before you come in ma'am. And I didn't mind that she dropped the pill on the floor but I did find it unprofessional that when I went to the bathroom I heard two of the female employees talking in one of them said " see I told you it's just one after the other a revolving door patience." I think you should keep that kind of talk to yourself because now you just sound like a greedy business.

I went for 2 visits and at no time did I ever see a doctor; I was seen by an NP - Stacey Sanchez that determined after reviewing some x-rays that I didn't warrant the medication that was taking for 7 years. I gave Epic pain access to the documentation from my prior doctor that covered 7 years of pain coverage for a staph infection that destroyed me in 2 years. 9 times in surgery and 12 times in the hospital/ E.R. These people have no right having a license to practice medicine. Due to these idiots, I tried Kratom for the pain and it almost killed me.

Since then, I had been in and out of doctors' offices dealing with significant pain, multiple MRIs, and a frustrating recovery process. Unfortunately, some of the imaging wasn't even performed in the correct areas, and while everyone focused on my rib injuries, the cause of my severe lower back pain was never fully investigated. After my most recent MRI, physical therapy was recommended as an important part of my recovery. Joint & Spine Rehabilitation was one of the providers in my insurance network, and after calling several facilities with little response, I contacted Joint & Spine Rehabilitation. From the moment the front desk answered the phone, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. They asked thoughtful questions, listened to my situation, and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, I was nervous because of the amount of pain I was experiencing. Dr. Gigante took the time to thoroughly review my rib imaging and asked whether I had ever received a lower lumbar MRI. I had not. He explained that while my ribs had sustained significant trauma, my lower spine may have also been affected by the fall. He ordered the MRI, and I received insurance approval within a week. During that first visit, Dr. Gigante also took X-rays of my pelvis and discovered that it was misaligned and that I had injured my SI joint--something that could explain the persistent lower back pain I had been struggling with for so long. Starting physical therapy was intimidating. When you've been in pain for an extended period, fear of making it worse can be overwhelming. My physical therapist, Chetali, has been absolutely amazing. She has helped me work through that fear, listens carefully to how I'm feeling, adjusts treatment accordingly, and continues to encourage me every step of the way. Dr. Reilly has also been fantastic. His adjustments have been incredibly helpful, and whenever I mention a concern or a new symptom, the entire team takes the time to listen and find ways to help. What stands out most about Joint & Spine Rehabilitation is how much they genuinely care about their patients. After just five weeks of treatment, the staff feels like family. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a team that is truly invested in my recovery. I highly recommend Joint & Spine Rehabilitation to anyone dealing with pain, injury recovery, or physical therapy needs. Their dedication to their patients is exceptional.
