I hate to have to leave a poor review, but I dislike being taken advantage of more. After spending…read moreover 23K on fencing the owners ( John and Seth) are not returning my calls to fix problems. The fencing is okay, but the gates are not what I expected however I can live with that; It is the problem with the latches that makes me angry. John said they would "settle" and he would be happy to adjust the latches. Of 4 gates, 2 have been problems. John did come out to adjust once. The one gate latch I managed to fix myself, but the latch on my main 20 ft gate is not even touching. After 3 phone calls in 4 weeks, I have yet to talk with either person.
