Besides the horrible work, the only day he was on time was the first day and managed to only show up about half of the time. When he did show up he always left early. This 2 week job took over 6 weeks to not complete. Mark kept speaking of his "35 years of experience". He must have 35 years experience scamming people, I wish it had been as a competent tile installer.
