He also states the company has 50 years of combined construction experience. Garrett W. Odlin is in his middle 20's, and he has no employees. I had to threaten with lawsuits in order to get a refund for services he never performed. Lookup Rustic River Construction and excavation (Corvallis MT) as well. If you risk him have a signed rock-solid performance contract to include materials lists, performance stds/schedules to include penalties if not performed as per the contract/schedule. Do not pay him any $ until he personally shows up on the jobsite with the agreed to materials to begin the project.

They had…read moreby far the lowest of 3 bids, They did the installation earlier than scheduled, they did an excellent, professional job, and they cleaned up thoroughly. As part of the job they had to replace a long section of siding below the windows. That part was done cleanly and looks much better than the original.
