So many people have had bad experiences here I just had to say that was not my impression. They saved my husbands life 5 times in the two months he was in and out of the facility. It was not their fault that he failed to thrive, it was his health that failed. The place is clean, light and does not smell. Sure it is a center for people who need skilled nursing so the patients are older and some are not all mentally there but I think everyone was treated with respect and care. Food was so much better than the hospital food at O'Connor. My husband was 6'4" so they found him a extra long bed so he could be comfortable. He had a room to himself for a week and then other patients arrived to fill in the extra beds. He liked having company and talking to new people. His other roommates were surprised by the care they got also, having read all the negative reviews. Maybe I am not as picky or others but in my opinion I'd recommend this facility to anyone who needs skilled nursing. read more
