Scammers. Tried to buy 3 tins from them and they wouldn't honor the price they had in store. They then took 2 of the tins and said they were no longer for sale. I asked to speak with the owner and was told that the owner does not reply to them for weeks so it would be pointless to try to speak to him. I believe this was a lie as well. The staff go above and beyond here! I made a shipping order and accidentally ordered the wrong card and even though it is my bad, they worked through a solution with me, didnt brush me off where other stores might. I no longer go to big box stores because there is no personal interaction like this. They are priced higher then other stores in the area but they also carry a lot! I typically visit this store to pick up MTG singles that I've ordered online, and each time they fulfill my order in a timely fashion. Sometimes I find the online selection to not have everything I'm looking for, but by and large I'd say 85% of what I want, they have! Great service, if I have any question, there's always an associate able to answer it simply and succinctly. Price-wise, they're solid, their markups on any Magic product are understandable, and for such a reliable business, I don't mind sending them and extra 5-10%. I used to think this was a great store with friendly staff. Then one of the managers told an autistic boy they didn't want him to come play in tournaments because his presence might upset other customers. A disgusting store that has no consideration or accommodations for customers with disabilities. Don't try coming here if you're in a wheelchair or have difficulty with steps. They have no access. Skyfox will no longer get my business. I used to put down several hundred dollars a month here. I've since found far better places in Oshawa and Whitby to spend my money. read more

Bought a few expensive, rare booster packs. Opened them up to find the cards in a strange order and I seemed to be missing the rare cards. Upon further examination I noticed the packs had been opened, good cards replaced with bad ones, and re-sealed. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Great store, good service. I find that Skyfox has a great environment for gameplay, the pokemon league and magic tournaments are fun and have a great turn out usually and the prices are fairly close to what you can find online. I know skyfox to go above and beyond from what I've seen for customers, I traded in a bin full of cards one day and they took their time to go through and pay attention to what I wanted to get rid of. All in all I never have a problem with this store and am a frequent visitor. read more
