He just refinished my deck and front steps, and the result is a complete transformation. They've gone from hopeless frogs to handsome princes. Last fall, he painted a bathroom (and resolved multiple gnarly wall-surface problems), replaced the composite frame around my garage door, and replaced rotten wood around the door to the bulkhead. His new punch list includes refinishing a rusty radiator, installing stair treads, trimming the front bushes, edging the front garden, replacing exterior vent covers, and cleaning the laundry vent.
