Blue heron waiting for dinner.

A perfect spot between Arches and SLC. Clean, modern, slick design of the room with a beautiful view of the green river. We walked under the bridge to visit Powell Museum in the morning and saw someone was taking care of the yard and dusting the exterior wall of the building. Whoever run the restaurant and the guest rooms take great care of the business. Highly recommended! Great dinner and breakfast too!

There are not enough good words to describe this place! The rooms are adorable and clean! The view is outstanding! A lovely grass area is outside of the rooms if you don't want to get your feet sandy, or you can take a very short walk down to the river, or walk along the newly constructed concrete riverwalk path! Upstairs is Tamarisk, a great restaurant with food for even picky, vegetarian eaters like me. Stay here even if it's out of your way!

We found the Skyfall Guestrooms to be an exceptional experience & value. The unique rooms were masterfully decorated & equipt with extra niceties like an air purifier and sound conditioner in addition to all the usually amenities of a "suite" room (fridge/freezer (equipt with included beverages), microwave, Kurig coffee maker, ice bucket, and institutional-style sink. We also loved the walk-in shower (no tub). We were in room #1, (1 of 3) which we would highly recommend. From the custom tiled mosaic on the wall to the retro mid-century modern furnishings, the room had a chic modern vibe. The queen bed with duvet was very comfortable. And the quiet in-room HVAC was perfect. Looking out the windows we could view the Green River which meanders just below the room terrace. Each of the 3 rooms has 2 outdoor chairs and a table for enjoying the tranquil river scene. To top it off, the room includes a full breakfast (off the menu) from the Tamarisk restaurant, also highly recommended! The food was superb!

The view from our room this morning! What a gorgeous and peaceful place to wake up.

Hotels near Arches National Park and Canyonland are going to be either really expensive or kind of…read moredumpy. Obviously if you decide to go to Super 8, you shouldn't expect the Ritz Carlton. We chose the Super 8 in Green River since it was cheaper than the hotels in Moab, and we were driving from Salt Lake City, so it seemed like a good location for our travel plans. Overall, the hotel was decent and met our needs. Here are a few notes. Parking: Free. No issue finding parking. Cleanliness: Mostly clean and didn't see any bugs Amenities: Had shampoo, conditioner, and make up wipes. I was super happy with the make up wipes since I didn't bring my make up remover with me on this trip Noise: Depends on your luck. Walls are really thin so you can hear the neighbors' full conversation. We had a neighbor who was talking at 5:30 AM Free Breakfast: Pretty sad breakfast compared to other budget hotels. There are just the standard drinks (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water) with toast (can put jelly, butter, or peanut butter), bananas, apples, and granola bars. Other: No elevators, so make note if stairs are a problem

I'll don't understand people criticizing the beds, ?? It's impossible to find beds comfortable for everyone Overall, I would recommend this place to travelers.
