Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again!

They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

I followed up with another call and finally reached someone who scheduled a time to provide an estimate. They arrived late and then left without giving me a price. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.

We have a lot of animals and the ladies reached every nook and cranny to get the hair and dust. Literally every surface in the house has been cleaned, it's just amazing. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

Avanti Lost a Longtime Customer Over a $500 Upsell - I used Avanti Green Cleaning Services for…read moreyears. I was a loyal customer, I trusted the company, and I was happy with the service. That ended with one recent booking experience. I called to schedule a regular cleaning after going a few months without service. Only my husband and I live in our home. We have no children, no pets, and we maintain the house ourselves. We were not asking anyone to clean a neglected or unusually dirty home. We simply wanted the professional cleaning Avanti had provided us many times before. I was told that because a few months had passed, I needed to book a deep cleaning for approximately $500. I explained that $500 was not in my budget and asked to schedule the regular cleaning instead, which was still approximately $300. After that, I was contacted by the owner, Leisa. Rather than treating me like a longtime customer, the conversation felt like I was being scolded for not scheduling more frequently. Leisa told me that because I declined the $500 deep cleaning, she could not guarantee the team would clean anything beyond the bathrooms and kitchen. To be clear, Avanti was willing to charge me $300 while warning me in advance that most of my home might not be cleaned. I explained again that our home is well maintained, that there are only two adults living here, and that we simply needed a normal professional cleaning. Leisa responded that she would put notes on the account for the cleaning team. That made the outcome feel predetermined. I was being asked to either pay $500 or risk paying $300 for only a kitchen and bathrooms. That is not customer service. That is pressure. Companies are entitled to change their pricing and policies. Customers are also entitled to know when a company they trusted for years is now operating very differently. Avanti did not lose my business because I could not afford a deep cleaning. Avanti lost my business because of how I was treated when I declined one.
