All I can say is wow! What a cool place to skydive. This was my 2nd jump, my 1st was in Las Vegas. My friend Scott promised me we would one day do a dive together and he's been coming here for a while. Suzanne, who runs the operation aspects, is amazing and super sweet. I had a great time talking with her. George was my instructor today and we had a blast! George was so knowledgeable and made this experience 100X better than my first. The view of the entire Ogden canyon, mountains, snow resorts, and pineview were beyond gorgeous. I can't say enough fantastic things about this place and the people. I would highly recommend to anyone contemplating a check off on their bucket list, or anyone who wants to further their skydiving training. I know I WILL be back!! read more

Very cool dropzone. Visited over the weekend for the first time and it was only $22 a jump which is a very fair price for fun jumpers. Didn't know anyone but all the staff and other jumpers were very friendly, and I was able to find someone else to wingsuit with right off the bat. The trip to altitude is pretty cool, as you fly over the mountains and are able to see Snowbasin in the distance. And the plane has A/C! What more can you ask for?! read more

Due to one bad employee at the counter no stars. Our experience started approx 3 months ago. I suggested to a group of good friends, ages 44-53 that we combine our support, courage and balls to finally experience skydiving. After researching Skydive website to answer multiple questions and concerns, I reassured the group that Skydive Ogden claims we can all jump tandem together because their site says 14 skydivers per jump (and when my son jumped tandem with them a few years back there was 6 tandem jumpers on his plane) Their website says by reserving and placing a deposit "their time is our time, our group is priority". 2 months ago I placed a call and left a message to make reservations, confirm date and leave deposit. We chose Sunday August 28th since the site also said less money if scheduled any other jump day except Saturday to make it easier for them and more pleasure for our group. No return phone call. 1 month ago I called again to make reservations and was told it's too far out to to make reservations They suggest I call back approx 1 week before desired jump date Approx 8 days before jump date I called and reserved the date and time I explained that we have a group of 6 first timer and 1 solo jumper. (6 tandems 1 solo that equal a total of 13 jumpers) I asked "if that's 13 will that be ok for your plane I was told yes the plane accommodates 14. I left the required deposit information. On the day of the jump we checked in and filled out the required liability waivers and paid the fees. It was after 3 of our group members were getting suited that they informed me that our group would be separated We were told the plane could not fit all of our group. After checking out the plane loading for another jump I noticed it was holding enough for our group. I re-approached the counter and asked why we were being separated especially since the website claims that many can jump and clearly they were loading that many. And we had made reservations as a group I was told by the woman at the counter "If I don't like it take my money and get the hell out. If I do stay, I will SMILE and be happy about the situation." Then she said to an employee in front of multiple people people to watch and listen to me and if any negative action or speech was heard I'm kicked out. I would like to point out I'm the guy who brought 6 people to your business. I have never been treated so rudely by the woman at the counter! Your instructors and pilot were bravo excellent, and because of them we will jump again but because of your one rude employee at the counter we will absolutely never jump at Skydive Ogden. Treat 1 client right and they will tell a couple of people but treat them wrong and they will tell at least 16. So that's 6 tandem jumpers plus 9 more spectators =240 people talking negative about you. It might sound silly to you but you robbed us of seeing each other's expressions on the plane for our first jump, you robbed us of walking together as a group across the tarmac together, the picture moment walking back as a group. We had planned it that way for months, your website said it could be that way and then you have the worst employee at the counter to ruin what was suppose to be a great day read more

Don't go here!!!!! The lady I spoke with on the phone told me I could cancel my reservation and get my money back. Well... when I called back to cancel the same day (because I preferred a female instructor) the lady who answered and happily proclaimed to be the owner, changed her tone and said she would absolutely not be refunding me my $50 (for 2 people). This place is obviously hurting for money and are not professional enough to be up front from the start. She kept referring me to the website, which does say non-refundable deposit, but she told me differently over the phone. Don't trust these people - don't go here. read more

If anyone is going to go skydiving anytime in the future I would warn you not to go to Ogden Skydiving center. I called there on Saturday to make a reservation and the guy that was helping me told me that he needed a credit card to hold the reservation. So we gave it to him. The next day my brother said that there was somewhere closer than Ogden to go skydiving so we called to cancel our reservation with Ogden. When we called they told us that there was a $25 charge per person to cancel the reservation. They never told us when we made the reservation that there was a charge to cancel, and they didn't tell us to look on their website. So we called to try and tell them that they didn't explain to us that there was a fee of $25 to cancel. The lady that talked with us (who was the owner, which we didn't know at the time) was extremely rude to my mom. Then when my mom continued to tell her that the man didn't explain to us that there was a fee, and that we were going to post their terrible treatment of us on Facebook, she threatened my mom by telling her that she had our credit card already and she was going to charge us. She also kept cutting my mom off and would not let her finish her sentences. This morning, the same lady called and talked to me and she was again extremely rude to me. She demeaned me by saying that a good missionary wouldn't be trying to do this (I told her that I was leaving on my mission soon so we couldn't reschedule for later, which she was so desperately trying to get us to do). Even though I did't, and won't ever, go skydiving there, the OWNER was extremely rude to both me and my mom and threatened us both that she already had our card and was going to charge it, and clearly wasn't trying to work with us. I was very very disappointed with the way she treated both me and my mom, it was unnecessary and showed terrible customer service. read more
