I paid $25 for socks and one hour of jump time. I gave him the money and then he said i needed to give him $19 more dollars. I didn't question it and thought it was for the membership. so i gave it to him. I then went there the next day and the person said i didn't have the membership. Where did the $19 go to? I've taken my kids here several times. All 3 have had a birthday party here at some point. We've had good experiences and some fairly unpleasant ones too. The most recent one, however, was fantastic. I brought my son and 4 friends for a small birthday get-together, did not book a party this time. I bought tickets online ahead of time, checking in was a breeze, the gentleman even informed me of it being the last day for summer passes at 40% off so I was able to get 3 for a very good deal. Every interaction with employees was pleasant, kids had a blast, I have zero complaints. Oh-almost forgot the best part! We were running late and arrived 15 minutes past our scheduled start time so that nice young man let the boys jump a half hour later than we were scheduled. I'm sure if it had been busier, that wouldn't have been possible, but it was a very nice gesture for my bad tardiness. read more

I really enjoyed this place. The trampolines and the general area are clean and well maintained. I had a blast playing dodgeball and dunking on the special basketball hoops they have setup. They also have a foam pit and some massive open spaces for playing around. Good healthy fun. read more

Took my two sons here to burn off some energy. We arrived at 4pm. There wasn't a lot of people there but then again it was a Monday afternoon. The front desk was helpful and the area was clean. There was a few younger children doing random stuff other than that nothing much of a wait. I was surprised at how small this sky zone was compared to the one in Bismarck and others I've taken my kids to. We didn't have any issues or concerns this trip. read more

This is a perfect place to let kids burn off some energy! They played dodgeball, Jumped into the foam brick pit, and free jumped themselves sleepy. Decent prices for entry. They can be a little stricter on the rules than some othe jump places. The food prices were a bit steep. $15 for a large pizza, but it's an amusement park. The pizza came from pizza ranch and was delicious! I definitely recommend stopping by and jumping with the family. read more

Came with a birthday party. All the kids had a great time. When my daughter was (very slightly) injured, an employee hopped right to her aid and stayed with her until she was laughing. The bday party coordinator was SO fun with the kids - totally interactive, playful at their age level, knew their names, funny. I don't know what they pay Matt (the coordinator), but it's not enough. All employees were great. No one was standing around slouching off. And while I was waiting, an employee came over to make sure I was using the free WiFi. Great time - keep it up, Skyzone. read more

This place rocks. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they keep the place is really clean. My kids love dodgeball and the parkour blocks. $13 per kid is a little expensive, but what's not these days. We have also had multiple birthdays there. The party people did great job took care of everything. Well worth it for a fun time in Fargo. Not much else to do that is this much fun. read more

We had our sons birthday party here and WOW were we impressed. They are so organized. The staff is so friendly and able and willing to answer questions. I booked online and was able to speak with someone to ask questions about the day of the party. The facility is so clean and well maintained. There is plenty of staff there to make sure everyone is safe and having fun. We booked a package for 10 jumpers which included 1 hour of jump time, party room for 40 minutes, 2 pizzas, soda, shirt for our birthday boy, 30 minute pass for every guest to come again, and 2 60 minute passes for our birthday boy. I was so happy with our hostess, Meredith. I brought plates for pizza and cake (though I believe they provide these if requested). When we were done with our jump, I was so pleased to see that she had set up our table for us. I didn't have to do a thing! She served the pizza, soda, and cake (which we brought though you can order from them ahead of time). I just sat back and actually got to enjoy my sons party. Everyone left happy and worn out. I recommend email as the best way to contact them. I found calling was a bit delayed for booking a party but still timely enough. Also, the price is steep but I doubt that each individual location sets its own prices so this doesn't affect my opinion of the overall experience. read more

Not a great experience due to the staff who seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. There was no greeting when we arrived, no direction as to where we were supposed to go, where to store our things (would have been helpful to mention the lockers and how much they are), visible annoyance with young children, etc. For what we paid and the bad customer service, it's doubtful we will be back. read more

Had our daughters birthday party there recently. The kids loved it!! And they let us in early! So that was nice. The price was a little steep ~$330 for 15 kids & 1 adult. It came with 3 pizzas and 2 pitchers of sodas. The staff was pretty friendly and took over when it was time to eat. The only thing I wish they had was more party packages. It went from package of 10 to the next one being a package of 18. We had 10 and 5 extra. So the five extra was $18 per child so it came out to a pretty penny. Aside from that it's a really nice facility and clean so if you're thinking of something to wear the kids down a little and have a party we would recommend this place. I went for my first time to glow night. I ordered my tickets online and it stated I had to purchase sky socks. So I did. It have the option to buy a glow shirt but it didn't say it was required. When I got there, I found out I had to buy a glow shirt. I expressed that it didn't say it was required on the website and the worker didn't seem to be aware of that. It wasn't so bad since the shirt was only 3 dollars. I was pleased to see that there were lockers. I had brought my own lock to use but quickly found out you had to pay to use them. It was 50 cents each. Okay not so bad. Me and my boyfriend used 2. We locked them and then had to reopen them to grab something. Then, we couldn't get them back locked. Turns out, if you insert the 50 cents, lock it, and then reopen it, your 50 cents is all done and you have to pay all over again. That was very frustrating because who has endless quarters without being warned, haha! Other than those things, the park itself was fun! There was enough space for us to have fun without over crowding. I'd go back but would leave everything in my car! read more
