There was only one working kiosk (out of two) to sign the waiver. For 2 hours, it cost a little over $50. There were a few things in the park that wasn't working or open but I did appreciate that there were plenty of seating for adults to sit at and watch their kiddos. We got a couple things at the snack bar. I got a cup of water and didn't realize I got charged almost 5 bucks. The food we ordered also took over 30 minutes (we only got one thing). Overall, we agreed it was nice to try some place different, but there were more cons for us.

The first visit was great, but on the second visit we were met with no air conditioning and the kids were playing (and I was sitting) in 90 degrees with the fans just blowing around hot air. The next two times we went the place was still closed due to broken air conditioners. I'm not suggesting a refund but perhaps extend the summer passes for a week or two to make up for the lost time? After all, we paid but still can't play. I hope someone responds to this.

We just purchased a Rainbow series castle playset through Kids Gotta Play and had a wonderful…read moreexperience! Alex went above and beyond in helping us get set up to build it ourselves and giving us so many tips ahead of time. We started out looking at Lifetime playsets but once we compared the actual size of these sets to a Rainbow, there was really no comparison in terms of build quality and longevity. The Rainbow can accommodate little kids and big kids of all sizes and I have so much peace of mind knowing it's strong and sturdy enough to hold everyone safely. We've got kids ranging from 2-13 years old playing on this set everyday and they all love it for different reasons. We ended up building this ourselves because we didn't want to wait for the installation lead time. The poor quality of the instruction manual is the only area I cannot give Rainbow five stars (which is a reflection of Rainbow and not Kids Gotta Play). The instructions combined way too many steps into a single diagram on each page and used vague wording or not enough wording to explain the steps. We luckily had the help of a family member who is also a handyman. And Alex made himself available by phone to help answer questions when we still weren't sure on something which was so helpful. Other than that we're so happy with the purchase. I talked to Amy, Stephanie, and Jenny as well and they were all helpful in the decision process! It was so worth it to buy a playset through a local storefront where we could try out the sets in person, decide on options, and have real people in the store who know about the product and could answer any question about it.

It doesn't dismiss our bad experiences here even though mostly out of the owners/ coach's control. my daughter enrolled into the gold xcel program last summer as a 10 year old. I gave her a text/ call only phone for emergencies to bring to class. A group of girls on the team( 2 and 3 grades OLDER than her!)asked for her number and harassed her over days via text. My daughter was nothing but kind. She was also harassed enrire classes by same girls in person. I screenshoted the texts to send to coach/owner so it was undeniable. Gym had a meeting with the girls families and I was apologized too. Coach said the harassment was jealousy of skills. My daughter broke both bones in her arm very badly during a practice while doing a flip off bar. I met ambulance there and was told by my daughter and another student my daughter landed the flip on her feet and arm hitting bar was cause of break. You sign a waiver and assume risks when doing gymnastics so I did not blame coaches/gym and was kind. I kindly emailed Olympia after incident asking any coach input how my daughter broke her arm so that if she returns to gymnastics she could learn from mistake and not repeat it. Almost 2 WEEKS later , a coach called me and said she saw my daughter fall and she broke arm on ground. I told coach it doesn't really matter but since my daughter's story did not match is there video they could review? Coach told me the " No. No video evidence. cameras don't reach to the back of the gym where the bars are" So I was lied to or they don't have cameras in the back of the gym which is a safety risk on many levels to me.
