DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! BAIT & SWITCHED I paid extra for these cards to be provided to my child's birthday party guests. Upon trying to redeem them 6/22- they said the manger at this location doesn't accept them anymore. They can only be used at this location. They are still being sold as an upgrade online. Name, date and # marked out for public posting. read more

They say arrive 20 min early but they're not open until 11am and they don't open doors early. They have offers online for bogo which is nice/ it's for all ages- young to old! We enjoyed ourselves but definitely didn't need more than 1.5 hrs with two littles- read more

My partner and I took our nieces & nephew on a Saturday morning. There was a nice sized party checking in ahead us. Luckily, a young lady called us over to the other counter. Her name was Ari, she was very knowledgeable and hard working. She even assisted me in signing them up for a monthly plan, which i had not planned on doing. The kids enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed the great customer service. read more

We are members at sky zone and always have a great time but tonight two employees really stood out. Mikey and Q were phenomenal with all of the kids at the park including mine. Mikey assisted a young girl who got scared on the trapeze bar and I was really impressed with how he handled it and comforted the girl! Q was working the fuel station when my girls needed to stop and get a snack she was very personable with myself and my kiddos. really great visit this evening! read more

The equipment is awesome, no question there. The issue comes with the staff. Everyone in management is a good ole boys club who doesn't check each other's actions and pick and choose what rules they want followed that day. One of the managers actively flirts with female teenagers (he's in his mid twenties). I've had great interactions with two people who work here but I haven't seen them in a few weeks unfortunately. I even tried reaching the GM to discuss one negative experience with the manager who hits on little girls but all of the other managers just gave me an email address we're I didn't receive a response. So again, park awesome. Employees 90% not awesome. There are currently four employees standing around talking while a grandmother is manning the swing location. I brought this up to the head manager (CJ I believe) and he said that it's all self serve despite having employees sitting on some attractions (one of those employees has his pants below his buttocks and there are obviously a lot of children present). This place is getting worse by the day. Save your money and try JPs. read more

We had to pay almost $130 then WORK TO PLAY!!! Like where where the station attendants go assist with the centers. I'm in there hooking the swinging thingy, cracking the pulley to get flying thingy back to base, etc. Then let's talk about the SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.....OR LACK THERE OF!!!! There are "PROGRAMMABLE" lockers that do NOT properly operate. The attendant who watches the entry has a key & will lock/unlock your locker.......BUT HOW DO YOU VERIFY WHOSE LOCKER IS WHOSE?!!!? They DO NOT have any type of security checks in place!!! Mind you......you just signed/updated your liability waiver!!! There was no way in hell I was about to "UNSECURELY" secure our belongings which contained my credit card, 3 adult IDs, over $6K in cellular devices, & a couple of hundreds of dollars in shoes, on their BUDDY SYSTEM OF HONESTY!!!!! I ended up just going back to my vehicle to get my oversized purse to hold everyone's stuff & missed out on the opportunity to enjoy the facility with my family! Although the kids had a good time, the atmosphere was highly disappointing! And they attempted to get me to purchase a membership......I THINK NOT!!! We'll go the trampoline facility in Raleigh the next time. read more

First time heading to Defygravity in Fayetteville with the kids. Very organized much more to offer than the location in Raleigh. If you are ever in Fayetteville and have kids any age GOTTA bring them here. One suggestion that I have for them is a place that sells food for adults. I understand why they don't have one but an hour is a long time to wait while the kids jump with no snacks!! read more

This place is the worst. And please don't fall for any of the employees lying about the memberships. They're sneaky.

I got passes for my grands at Christmas, they were only good for 3 months..... which they did not tell us. 4 of the attractions are closed. Seems to be set up for kids 10 and under. We left after an hour. Won't be back. Huge waste of money read more

Visited this trampoline park with my nephew and was pleased with the multiple play areas. Just a note on safety. The monitors need training for I observed several kids doing somersault even though the posted signs and announcements warned against it. I even noticed parents not watching their children as they were absorbed in their cell phones and computers. In closing, train your staff in safety issues for it would be horrendous if a child were severely injured!!! read more

2-Star review is because the Manager called me to talk about the situation. If i could, I would give this experience a way lower review. But read below and I will tell you to book parties with caution and patience....... Back story: We have enjoyed Defy many times before, so it broke my heart to have such an annoying experience this time around. I booked the Legendary Party Package for my son's 12th Birthday. Issue: The email you get after you book the party tells you that you need to arrive about 30 minutes prior to check-in. We did that and arrived at 12:50 which was 40 minutes before the party started. It was very crowded and seemed to be extremely understaffed. After waiting almost 25 minutes, we finally reached the front of the line where the employee was having an extremely hard time managing both the party check-in line and those with VIP passes. Visibly showing frustration and disregard for any customers around. Not rude, just frustrated which is understandable for a young person and the volume of people that were in line. We were finally checked in which brought us past our party start time. Again, I understood because it was a Saturday and was busy. Moving into the attraction area, a few things were closed, there was no supervision at the attractions (I.e. dodgeball pit and swing). There was like a total of 4-5 employees working on a busy Saturday. I found that to be concerning because there were many big kids mixed in with smaller kids and no one was abiding by rules. I had to go find my host because I was afraid we would not start on time. Our room was not set up, our host was not tracking what kind of party it was so the appropriate party favors we not there and my cake was "misplaced". Again, I wanted to understand because they were extremely busy but I was now getting frustrated with the lack of attention to detail that was being placed on a package that cost so much. The pizza that came with the package arrived an entire hour before we had a room so it was cold by the time the kids ate it. I may sound extremely critical but for the price of the package I expected so much more. The party did not go smoothly and I am just disappointed. I wanted to enjoy this but I just didn't and unfortunately my Family and I will not return to Defy Fayetteville. read more

Took 4 of my grand children to this park, after paying their enormous fee for them to get in, my grand children were going inside but was stopped by an employee telling them they need to purchase the socks for this center, my grand children had socks on from another trampoline park here in Fayetteville, NC, they were the same type of socks with the nonskid bottom just did not have the logo for here, this is extortion, I purchased them because it is my grandson's Birthday and this is what he wanted come on Sky Zone aren't you making enough money, stop extorting money from hard working people besides your facility have odor. read more

I LOVE taking my kids here BUT, I called to see if I could book a party for this weekend for my sons 10th birthday. They gave me prices, etc. over the phone, had availabilities open, but told me they would have to double check with the manager to get it scheduled n call me right back. I guess since it was last min ‍ idk. Well I was definitely built up to believe this was happening. I was excited for my son cuz I knew that was what he really wanted to do. Well, I waited, n waited, n waited, EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY DONE N PLANNED!!, n nvr received the ok from "the manager" . All they had to do was approve the details that were already decided!!! Big FAIL in my book SkyZone read more

The place was absolute craziness and was completely trashed. I get there's a lot of kids in there but honestly it's too many, with all those kids how can the staff even be watching what's going on. My daughter literally got slammed to the ground by a grown man and I witnessed many other kids being way to rough. Babies were being knocked down and it was honestly just dangerous. I get kids can be crazy but nobody seemed to care of the chaos present. Instead of allowing all of those people in there and having it WAY over packed, they need to cut the numbers down and have the staff actually watching the kids on the equipment. Won't be taking my kid back. read more

My group had an amazing experience. We are flight club members at the Louisville location. We didn't realize memberships didn't work at other DEFY locations. The management staff made us feel at home. We had a great time and will be back again. read more

Overall Fun - 4 Stars Staff and Entrance Process - 1 Star So the overall rating averaged out to 2 stars. Once you get inside the actual play area, there are a lot of fun things for the kids to do, from trampolines with foam pits to trampoline slam dunk and obstacles that resemble American Ninja Warrior (for kids). My kids had a good time. The people that work here and the system they use to handle ticketing, waivers, and the overall entrance are absolutely absurd and seriously take away from the total experience. We pre-purchased our tickets and signed our liability waivers online and still ended up waiting 20-minutes in line just to get past the front desk. They guy at the entrance to the play area couldn't remember what color bracelet was supposed to be for which time and held us up another couple of minutes. Inside the play area, I ended up helping reset the swings after each kid, to keep the line moving, which was clearly the staff's responsibility. I'll come back if someone has a birthday party here, but I'm going to drive to the Raleigh location, which is much better, if my kids want to go to a trampoline park. read more

This is a new establishment to the Fayetteville community. It has a few bugs to work out. It is overcrowded. I held a birthday party for my son and it felt like pure chaos. The party rooms are small and tight. On the positive side, we were allowed to bring outside food and drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't know that we needed to bring our own ice for the drinks. When I signed up for the party, I was told that we bring food and drinks, Defy Gravity would provide everything else. Security wasn't none existent. It's the perfect place for a predator to pluck an unsupervised child. There isn't staff at the door to ensure that underage kids aren't leaving the building. Also, unlike establishments like chuckle cheese that use a hand stamp for parents & their children, this place lets anyone walk out with whatever kid they want. read more

This place is being run by young adults. Which is fine if they were competent. I scheduled a Mega party for my ten year old daughter. To start off the check in was horrible. The "crew" at the desk had a horrible attitude as our party guest arrived. There was no party coordinator. I received multiple emails with different names for party coordinators but never received an introduction to one when I arrived or for the entirety of my stay. Our things that included our own decorations for a little girl were never used because the "crew" just grabbed our things off the racks they provided without even saying a word. So once in the room we had to remove what seemed like decorations for a boy party and put up our own which left us with no time to enjoy our room time. The party package was supposed to include pizzas but they never arrived. If I wouldn't have brought my own additional pizzas the kids would have never ate after jumping for two hours. But yet there was a lot of dancing in the building from the crew and walking around eating pizza while we ate cold pizza brought by myself 2 hrs earlier. As a business owner I can honestly say I would never recommend this place to any of my clients. Neither would I ever book a party here for any of my three children. I asked the "crew" member to receive some type of refund and they said they would ask a "manager". Came back and said they can't refund me the missing pizzas because it's bundled into the package lol. The "manager" never came to apologize or show face. Being this close to Christmas time you'd think people would understand customer service should be at an all time high of excellence. I'm just disgusted by this experience. And now I can't contact no one for any resolution so I'm forced to leave reviews anywhere I can and make sure anyone I know understands the experience me and my family and friends had at this location. read more

disrespectful worker name allie but other then that fun but boring place 1st time here is good but then it gets boring other times

I will not be back to Defy. I went on a day that offered a discount so I ended up paying less than $25 for three kids. I still overpaid. After paying I was tracked down to be told that I needed to purchase Defy specific socks. I had inquired during my checkout and our socks were supposedly fine. Whatever. I figured it was still way cheaper than a normal day. The lockers are half broken. There's trash everywhere near the lockers, too. The bathroom was disgusting and dark. There's not enough staff monitoring the areas. This is a huge problem when the trampoline park is separated into two sections. There's plenty of jump stations and the trampolines are extra bouncy. It's just not worth the headache of dealing with everything else to come to Defy.... read more

We always have a great time here! The kids love it! The only issue I have is it's a little expensive!

This is a great place to come for indoor activity for all ages. But I feel like they need to improve some things. Many of the lockers are broken, limiting storage space. Also for some reason there is an issue with locating waivers previously signed. We have been here several times and this is a continuous issue. I hope they can improve their services. read more

Our first time visiting, in town for a family reunion. Took my boys 11yrs and 9yrs. This place is massive! Very helpful, easy going staff. Cool indoor place to take the kids to beat the heat. The price was a little steep, especially since socks aren't included, but the military discount eased the shock. Monty, greeted us w/ the biggest smile, was graciously accommodating and so pleasant. The next time we are in town, we will definitely come back! read more

Came with my kids to a birthday party. Staff would only give me a pink non jumping band. Then told me I could not jump.

Understaffed and incredibly poorly run. I booked in advance and missed my scheduled time because I spent more than 25 min in the pre-purchase line. The other line (for folks who hadn't paid) seemed to go much faster and folks were allowed to skip both lines and just walk to the counter to buy passes. Many of the features seemed to be shutdown for safety reasons and their weren't enough balls in the dodgeball room. Go to Jumpmasters. read more

Our kids' happiness is most important to us. They love coming here! We got them the summer VIP passes so we come no less than 3x a week. It keeps them busy so it keeps us happy. I think it was pretty nice but the wait time to get in of course, waited in line for about 1hr to 50min. But besides that it was pretty fun

I never signed a contract: Beware!!!! Defy Gravity Fayetteville has bad business practices. The local store will not help and told me to email the parent company. I got no response and the parent company does not answer the phone. read more

We had my sons 6th party here and all the kids had a blast! Yes it's expensive and originally I thought an hour of jump time didn't seem like long enough.. but it really is. Our party host took care of everything and had all my decorations and favors set up for me while we jumped. He also cleaned everything up for us . My only complaint is that the party room felt very crowded.. with 14 kids and parents I wish it was a tad bigger. Overall great experience! read more

My boys (age 3 and 6) had a blast this morning. I've been to at least 4 different trampoline places and this was BY FAR my favorite. There's tons of trampoline space. But, there's also fun American ninja warrior style obstacles with areas to rope swing jump into the foam pits or gladiator style "fight" each other until one person falls off into the pit. There's also a giant swing and a trapeze you can use, that hang over a big foam block pit as well as places to jump into giant air pillows. Plus dodgeball and basketball areas. More than enough to entertain kids and adults of any age. We went during the kid jump hour (weekdays from 9-10 am)...only kids 6 and under were allowed (with parents too, of course). The place is not cheap (for this kid jump hour it's $11 per child, but that does include 1 free adult jumping with each paid child) and of course, you also have to pay an extra $3 per person for their special grip socks (insert eye roll, that you can't bring your own grip socks from any other facility). But, we'll definitely save our socks and use them on our next visit (and at least they had some cute designs). Other bonuses of this place...it was super clean (even saw workers methodically pulling foam blocks out in order to vacuum them, plus all trampolines looked freshly sanitized), lots of friendly workers monitoring each area of the facility, and during the kid hour anyway, they played super fun kid-friendly music. If you're paying attention you could even catch some teenage worker boys dancing to Beauty and the Beast...we'll definitely be back. And yes, one hour is plenty of time for kids under 6 to jump! read more
