This place was cool when it first opened. Now I'm not so sure. Today we came and the woman gave us a bracelet which would've taken 10 minutes off of our one hour jump. We said no we wanted the whole hour and she said we could wait for the next session to start in 20 minutes. Okay. So now we're jumping and another family comes in and starts jumping with the next colored bracket. So they got an extra 10 minutes of jump time, which they had denied us 40 minutes prior. I asked the front desk about this and they said they had no control of that... well then who does ?? I don't mind the waiting however I do mind the inconsistency of the rules. We pay $16 per kids and should all get the e same for our money. Also the homeschool prices changed drastically and that was a huge hit for our family who lives nearby. read more

Ridiculously expensive for just a three year old. Brought our own grip socks, still forced us to buy their specific Flip n Fly socks for $4 on top of the $13 I just paid for only an HOUR. Not a single other person inside the building besides us and the workers, yet wouldn't even let me SIT in the corner of the dodgeball trampoline area where my toddlers were just playing with the dodgeballs. should've asked for a refund. won't be coming back! read more

We are visiting Wilmington and were looking for kids something to do. We went to movie in Mayfair and discovered this place but it wasn't on Yelp. I checked Facebook and called them - turns out they allow a person in free if there is special needs person attending - they also have special needs night on Thursday but I forgot to write down what time. I filled out waiver upon entry and paid for socks and an hour of jump. There is variety of jumping and obstacle courses, mat, baskets and many more. I had a special needs adult along with a kid and they both got sweaty and tired. However, we live in the city with three trampoline places and usually I can't drag my kids out of any of them but this place they were ready to leave after an hour - maybe because it's not a strictly trampoline place - I don't know why. We visited during school hours so there were about 10 people. I will come back again during our next visit. My special needs adult loves bookstore so it was an added benefit that B&N is within short distance. Tip 1: bring water or prepare to buy because their water fountain water doesn't taste palatable at all. Tip 2: great arcade games so be prepared to spend some coins Tip 3: sign waiver and buy hours online Tip 4: they offer military discount but I forgot to ask before I paid admission read more

This was my first time to this place with my 9 year old and my 5 year old and they absolutely love it! It's clean and so fun! One staff in particular is beyond amazing - Brandon. I have watched him be particularly sweet and helpful to the younger kids. He helped my daughter overcome her fear of jumping. If he wasn't here, she probably wouldn't have jumped. This was our second time at Flip N Fly for a birthday party and they really do a great job. If you book one of the rooms, they get it set up with table cloth, plate, and then you can bring in some decorations or balloons if you wish. On top of that, if you order pizza, they will serve it to the kids when the time comes (and you can bring a dessert like cake, cupcakes, etc for the party). The place itself is really neat. They have a great toddler section that was pretty well maintained and mostly just had toddlers which was nice for the little ones. They also have an area where kids can do legit gymnastics, however, I think it should be I a different area because I saw a few kids almost get wiped out while some girls were doing some impressive floor work. (not the girls fault but the location just made it easy for a little kid to run out right as they were in the air. They also have some obstacle course style areas, a dodgeball area, and an area where you can jump into the foam pits. Overall, the location was pretty clean too. We had a blast and would definitely come back. read more

on yesterday, April 28, 2023 my daughter was on the swing jumped into the balls instead of the worker waiting for her to move out the way he's in allow another kid to get on the swing and push that kid out which that kid hit my daughter on top of the head and the management I felt like didn't do a good job as far as holding the worker accountable. They hire all these teenagers and these teenagers are not paying attention or following the rules when it comes to letting one kid go at a time on certain equipment there i than had to ask for my money back and the only thing the manager was worry about is could he get the stocks and band back not a self place kids if the woker are not going to do their job by the rules needs better management read more

Just a big risk to go these days. 2 stars for pricing and well-kept facility/friendly employees. We've been here pre-pandemic lots of times and loved it. They are open again during the pandemic, so I brought my daughter to jump for a little and I just felt very nervous. It's open space and the employees wear a mask, but parents and kids DO NOT have to and everyone today did not that I saw in the early morning. So kids can run around and yell to their hearts content mask-less. If my toddler can jump around with a mask on then so can other children..She did not over heat and was perfectly fine if that is the reason for not enforcing it. I understand it's a big space but most of these parents and kids were in the same area and not one enforced 6-ft away or had any overhead speaker reminding to keep a distance if you can... I stayed far away toward the front and left after 25 mins.. Spit from talking, sneezing, coughing, shouting , breathing, can stay Airborne for up to 3-hrs! and can infect you through the eyes,nose,& mouth. & Who knows whose A-symptomatic? Its not worth the risk. I won't return unless a mask policy is enforced. read more

This place was very fun, however it was really crowded. There is a snack and beverage stand for food which is also very nice.

We were visiting from out of town, and looking for something fun for our 4 year old to do. Not a lot of places are open right now due to Covid, so we were pleasantly surprised to see that this place was. Our hotel had a flyer advertisement for $2 off per person, up to four people. I'm sure many other hotels in the area has the same coupon. This is much better than the trampoline parks back home. There is a lot more to do, they even have a special area fenced in for the little kids. Ours back home has a kiddie area, but it is not enclosed and does not feel as safe as the one here. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Wilmington. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place first off it is a great place for your kids to burn off some extra energy secondly if you're up to it is a great work out for adults as well. They have an extremely friendly and accommodating staff that from what i can see genuinely care about their guests. The facility is very clean and well laid out, my kids always have a great time and we enjoy bringing them here. This place is awesome. But, I was confused on some parts. My family and I brought our own socks and the employee told us to buy socks. I was like what why can't we wear our own? Anyway we bought them they're like only $3 each. The employee let us in the jumping section. We got to take our mask off (obviously). My family and I had lots of fun we shot some hoops, played dodgeball, freestyle on this "Olympic trampoline," etc. Some other stuff was there but overall pretty cool. We had our son's 7th Bday party here this weekend & I just HAD to review!! My son & his dad had been here a few times but this was my first time! This was definitely the BEST party experience I could of hoped for! The facility was super clean and NICE FULL PADDING everywhere ! With small kids you always worry about them getting hurt but I felt more at ease BC there's so many safety people in every corner & almost the full park is visible wherever you are standing! The staff couldn't of been nicer or more helpful! There was a woman up front in a yellow polo (I didn't get her name) who helped my grandmother set up an account and she was Fabulous ! && Super nice & we really appreciated her! I also want to brag on the party host Ashlyn she was so amazing!! She was not only friendly & a great host but also super quick, helpful, & made everyone feel super welcomed !! She had everything set up so fast & perfect and worked so quickly we hardly noticed her changing things when it was time for clean up.. she answered all our questions and was very professional!! We LOVED her!! They had everything from plates to candles taken care of ! The staff on the phone was super informative and helpful as well while setting our day up and it was so easy! We will definitely be back for more parties in the future! 100% experience!! Not to mention the kids had a BLAST! read more
