After I told the salesperson I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he returned with a new quote of $3.3k and claimed the original quote never existed. Since we already had water damage and needed the repair urgently because of the horrible CT winter, we felt pressured to move forward. But the repair also wasn't scheduled as quickly as promised. I had to make several calls to finally get someone to come out since the job was "too small" (yet they asked for three grand). Horrible sales experience. The technician, however, was excellent. When we experienced another small leak after the repair, he came back promptly and fixed it without hesitation. He was professional, responsive, and the only reason this review isn't zero star.
