Wow! Such an incredible experience! Would recommend for anyone looking for a romantic excursion or even someone looking for a different view of the city. Christian was an awesome pilot for our journey. My girlfriend and I were first-timers to a helicopter ride and he made our experience smooth from start to finish with his courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Remember to tip!

Agreed! I used this company to surprise my husband for his birthday and we both loved it. My husband took lessons while I rode along for the ride. If you are looking to do Something extra special whether for a birthday or anniversary, definitely choose this company for a great helicopter ride and services. Our pilot Kevin was great and Carol was excellent at returning my phone calls/emails. We would love to go back!

Im a pilot!

Aircraft scheduling is straightforward and flexible, which makes a huge difference when balancing flying and your daily life. The instructors are experienced, approachable, and easy to learn from. There's no intimidation here, just solid instruction in a relaxed but professional environment. Between the aircraft rentals and training options, they're also connected with a cafe. You can grab a bite to eat and unwind a bit before your next flight!

I should have known there were going to be issues when I had a hard time booking a discovery flight. I wanted the flight on a certain date, so I wanted to book almost 3 months in advance to guarantee the date. First, I went to the location, but no one was there and a young guy who worked in the same building the place is located told me that no one was there yet, even though they were supposed to have been open over an hour earlier. When I asked him what time they usually arrived, he said around 12 or so, he called it more of a "retirement job". I finally did get to speak to someone, and they told me that they didn't book out that far and to call back a few weeks before the date that I wanted. I did get it booked but not for the date I wanted, it was a birthday gift and i didn't want to chance not getting that date, so I planned something else for that day. The date came for the flight, and it got cancelled due to winds, no problem, I'm not a meteorologist, so we rescheduled. The day of the flight they cancelled again. This time they said storms were in the area. The weather was perfect that day! Not a cloud in the sky and no bad weather for hundreds of miles. I CAN read a radar and a weather report. I asked for a refund and got the runaround for over a month. I had to send a demand for payment letter before I got any real response. I finally did get a refund, of course they claimed that the gift certificate was for me (even though it states from me to someone else), and charged me fees. But, at least I got most of my money back and know to stay away from this company! Horrible all the way around.

We reschedule the appt for a couple weeks later and show up 15 minutes early. The instructions for showing up were very vague. We got to the parking lot and followed their directions to contact someone. We couldn't get in touch with anyone. I walk next door to a neighboring aviation company. They were nice enough to help us out and happened to have someone's personal number to call to figure it all out. We get in touch with someone and they tell us the guy is currently up in the air on a lesson. So even though we had an appointment, our time wasn't valuable enough for them to respect. By the time the guy got back, it was an hour after our appointment. All is good though, right (since we were about to do the lesson)? Nope. The guy tells us we can't do it today because of maintenance issues again. We now make another appointment for a few weeks later. I text the guy 2 days before to confirm and nothing--no response back. I call him the next day trying to confirm. He obviously lies and says he was waiting for someone to get back to him but finally says--you guessed it--the plane is having maintenance issues again. Now at this point I'm a little angry since this is the 3rd time we've gone through all this. He was very quick to say I can get a refund from Groupon. Instead of trying to find a solution for customers, his very quick reaction was to get a refund. Great customer service! Now, this place's business is all about aviation education. Am I supposed to believe they have plane maintenance issues almost every single day? Nope. Their students need to use the planes otherwise they'd be out of business. They obviously saw us as Groupon customers and had no potential to be clients (students) so they basically said eff you, we don't care.

We walked in and were quickly greeted. They took us right out to the plane despite being early. Ken was my dads instructor and he was amazing. He let us take all the pictures and videos we wanted. He and my dad inspected the plane and all the equipment for about ten minutes and then they got ready for take off. My mom and I were able to watch the take off and landing from the ground next to the runway. My dad had a total air time of about 50 minutes and he said he was in control of the plane once they were in the air! After the flight, they gave my dad a log book with his logged flight from today. The staff was so incredibly friendly and my dad couldn't be happier. I can't thank the staff enough for making my dads experience amazing and this is truly the best gift I have ever gotten anyone. I can't wait for my dad to come again and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to fly!

From day one, Lou has shown a level of patience, professionalism, and dedication that sets him apart. Whether we were working through pattern work, airspace, or emergency procedures, he took the time to explain concepts clearly and always matched my pace of learning. He doesn't just teach--you can tell he wants you to succeed. What I appreciated most was how calm and collected he stayed, even when I was still getting my bearings (and my radio calls!). He creates an environment where it's okay to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow from them. Thanks to Lou, I've not only gained practical flying skills but also the mindset of a safe and thoughtful aviator. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about becoming a confident pilot.

Recently (2013) for a Christmas present I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my father who has his private pilot but hasn't flown in many years. When I called I spoke to the owner Priscilla who was very helpful in answering questions about what airplane would "fit" my father the best, as he's gained a few pounds since his flying days! We agreed on the plane and I moved forward with the purchase. I was pleased to hear that the gift certificate was able to be emailed to me, which saved me the trip out to the airport a few days before Christmas. Here's the best part about my experience... Priscilla called me back and told me that there was no need for me to use my credit card. Apparently I had left some money on my account from when I was a student there and she would just use that credit. Remember...I haven't flown there in 13 years! Talk about a reputable business owner! Her response was, no need to use your credit card...Merry Christmas. I don't think you can ask for anything more in a small business owner than someone who is honest and upstanding, and that has been my experience with Eagles View. I'm not one to post reviews much, but this experience left me feeling like I should do my part to let others know of my experience.

I asked that he inspect the aircraft and asvise as to what was needed to make it again flight worthy and that I wanted to sell the aircraft. My specific concerns were cleaning out all bird nests and the like to minimize corrosion and such. I was told that he would have it into be inspected and worked on within 4-6 weeks. Despite repeated calls, he didn't pull the aircraft into the hangar for inspection until Oct of 2023. In Jan 2024, he informed me they had hit a snag in finding parts as the manufacturer was out of business. He indicated they had spent a good deal of time and money (without keeping me apprised along the way) and were at an impass, but would continue seeking a solution and keep me posted. Having heard nothing in quite a while, I contacted Jim in May, 2024 a full 14 months since he had agreed to help get the plane up and running. Jim informed me they had moved the FBO to a neighboring airport and they had the log books. I asked Jim for a breakdown of current expense and status. He said he would get that to me. Not once did Jim ever convey to me their hourly rate (outrageous) or where things stood as work progressed, until such time as they hit a wall having spent substantial money. I never received an invoice. All this while I had been seeking a buyer as Jim had indictated he would help. Communications remained silent. Early May 2025, I began receiving calls and texts concerning purchase of the aircraft. A gentleman (Brad) said he would help me find a buyer to purchase the aircraft. Within a few days he found a buyer. He also became aware of an open invoice (that was NEVER presented to me) and negotiated a settlement with the Fly ADVANCED CEO that i reluctantly agreed too. The buyer reached out to me and we proceeded with the transaction. In the meantime, Fly Advanced filed an improper lien other aircraft, despite Brad's assurances that a deal had been negotiated. This improper and unwarranted lien attempt, caused unnecessary headache and delay. In summarry, Fly Advanced delay, lack of communication and general over all unprofessionalism, created angst, lost opportunity and disgust for all involved. The experience has 100% insured I will never again have or encourage any interaction with the Fly Advanced organization or their affiliates.
