He called to book his appointment and then called the day of to make sure that the weather was good for flying. We came down and arrived about a half hour early. We walked in and were quickly greeted. They took us right out to the plane despite being early. Ken was my dads instructor and he was amazing. He let us take all the pictures and videos we wanted. He and my dad inspected the plane and all the equipment for about ten minutes and then they got ready for take off. My mom and I were able to watch the take off and landing from the ground next to the runway. My dad had a total air time of about 50 minutes and he said he was in control of the plane once they were in the air! After the flight, they gave my dad a log book with his logged flight from today. The staff was so incredibly friendly and my dad couldn't be happier. I can't thank the staff enough for making my dads experience amazing and this is truly the best gift I have ever gotten anyone. I can't wait for my dad to come again and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to fly!

Upon arrival my fiancée and I were greeted by our pilot, Mark, as well as the owner and his wife. Very friendly and made us feel welcome! We didn't waste much time, and I had the privilege of watching pilot Mark do his pre-flight. He was very thorough and I could tell the bird was immaculately maintained. Shortly thereafter we were strapped in and on our way! Having only been my 2nd helicopter flight, I was geeking out the whole time, and Mark was on top of his game. Soon we were circling around the statue of liberty and on our way up the Hudson. Great views of the Freedom Tower and we went north, uptown and over the GWB before starting our return to Pittstown. Landing was flawless, came in with plenty of ground speed before smoothly exiting the active and calling it in. Pro. Pictures and words don't do it justice, this was one of the greatest experiences of my life!! Highly recommend stopping in for a quick flight (or lessons, or a license)!

Paul spent a lot of time going over everything with us and made sure that we understood the pros and cons of every option in our price range such as which resorts had better food, family friendly vs adult only resorts, which resorts were more about the nightlife/party experience vs a more quiet stay. He assisted us with all of the logistics, phone calls, very minute details, and planning/itinerary for our trip to an all-inclusive in Cabo, Mexico. He looked into all of our special requests for additional excursions and got back to us in a timely manner every time with multiple options. He truly took care of everything under the sun including writing up an email per my request with a list of when, who, and how much to tip at our resort. Paul made sure to caution us about potential scammers who would (and did) agressively approach us in the airport as well as other trip-specific and country specific details that absolutely saved us from unnecessary stress/costs/safety risks. Paul made himself readily available for our call anytime while we were on our trip and encouraged us to call him if there was anything that we needed. When I called him during our honeymoon to request a last-minute, romantic sunset sailboat outing, he sprung into action and got it all set up for us while we continued to relax and enjoy ourselves. On another occasion, I called Paul in a panic, thinking we had missed our transportation due to our tardy arrival. Paul called me back in just a minute or so and got everything sorted out for us right away. We felt that he truly had our back, every step of the way. With the level of care that Paul showed us, he felt more like a warm and worldly family member than just any travel agent, and at the same time he is also incredibly professional. We were completely taken care of and felt very safe in his capable hands. I highly recommend his services, especially for any LGBTQIA community members but also for anyone who is planning a trip abroad. Did an introductory flight with Wings Air Helicopters in Feb. 2022…read more It was a wonderful sunny day. I was picked up at Ross Aviation and guided to the already pre-flight checked helicopter. While entering the R44 I have been advised on the steps we will do during the flight. During the start up of the helicopter I have been advised on the procedures and the check list to be performed - checking machine and weather. After take off we started with taking over the controls step by step and after 5 minutes I have taken over the full control of the helicopter and have been flying it all be myself. During flight we performed several special tasks including turns and mid flight hovers. At the end of the hour we returned to the airport and have been even in time to do some low altitude hovers at the airport. This have been great. Overall I have felt very secure with my instructor and the structured approach of the flight made me feel very safe during the full flight. The safe feeling did also let me have a lot of fun during the flight performing all the flight manouveurs.

We flew in the night before, but after 8 hours of flight delays and 2+ hours back and forth on the tarmac, we needed to find a way to Boston in spite of all rental cars and train seats being sold out. We were desperate! I called around and no charter could get us to Boston. We are by no means ballers, but I fly small planes as a hobby, so I called a dozen FBOs and Wings Air was the only answer to our prayers. They managed to get us to a nearby regional airport with only one hour notice, and arranged a car to bring us to TD Arena in time to watch most of the game where we wound up winning. Thank you so much for coming through when no one else could. This is a memory we will cherish forever.
