I asked for my previous acrylics to be soaked off, a fresh full set, cut short, with bubble bath polish. The tech told me bubble bath would not look good, and I should pick another color. Mind you, I've bubble bath so many times that I know what it would look like on MY HANDS, but whatever, I entertain it and choose another color, she tells me that color is not gonna look good, so I pick a third color, and guess what NOT GOOD ENOUGH for her, so finally I just said give me French tips. I'm annoyed at this point. She then tells me I just need an overlay, no tips (whose nails are these?? Mine or hers, cause I don't know) THEN after all that I told her my polish was coming up, and she told me that my ring did it (yea, I never took my ring off, so I don't know how that happened) she put some lil polish in it and sent me on, even tho I know she didn't fix it right. She then charged me $105 for my nails and my 7 year old's polish only! I asked her to see the breakdown BEFORE I paid and she said "I'd see it on the receipt" NO MA'AM, I want to see why NOW. She charged me for an acrylic full set instead of an overlay, and said they are the same price (well why you didn't give me what I asked for then?!) THEN charged me $15 for the French tip, and $15 for the soak off, and when I asked her why it was so much, she said "no no, it's $5" and went back to fix it, but tried to rush through so I couldn't see the breakdown. I know I was still overcharged, but I paid it, and Not even 20 min after I left, guess what? The polish came off. I'm just beyond ANNOYED, I will just go back to my original shop. Update: I called the nail shop the next day and asked for prices, and was told my set should have been $55 with no additional $15 fee, so I went back and spoke with management, and the tech tried to say my daughter got a design when she didn't. I'm over this place. I got my money back, but it was a hot mess of a situation.

I did have to wait a little longer than I had hoped for. However, they were very thorough and spent time on massaging, clipping, and painting my toes. They did apologize for the wait and were very friendly and easy to talk to. For a full pedicure with gel nails it was $50. They also had a great radio station on and it wasn't too loud in the shop. I would come back again.

One of my girlfriends recently got her nails done here and spoke so good about this business but when we contacted the owner Kim, she was extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend. They may do good work, but the customer service is a 0/10. I will gladly take my business elsewhere or just wait until my usually nail bar is open like Kim suggested. If she was so busy, she would have let us know that she couldn't take any appointments or walk-ins in the beginning rather than asking what I needed done. Before services began, I explained multiple times that she has dementia and would need a little extra patience and guidance. Unfortunately, I did not feel that staff listened or adjusted their approach at all. Communication was difficult throughout the appointment. I repeatedly tried to explain my mother's situation, but staff seemed distracted and often did not respond to what I was saying or maybe they didn't understand. My mother was given instructions she did not understand, and at one point she left the service area while I was being waxed, causing me significant concern as I had to rush to find her. The customer service was abrupt and lacked the kindness and patience I would expect when working with an elderly person with dementia. This was supposed to be a special experience for my mom, and instead it became stressful and uncomfortable. The quality of the services was also disappointing. I was given a different nail color than the one I requested, my finger was nicked and is still sore, the waxing services were incomplete, and one of my nails chipped within 24 hours despite normal activity. My mother was not asked what nail shape she preferred, and her manicure appeared rushed. Our total was approximately $185 before tip. I chose this salon because I knew it was pretty inside and I remember years ago that they were nice and friendly. I was hoping to create a wonderful memory with my mother. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed by both the service and the quality of the work. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, more attentive customer care, and greater patience when serving elderly clients and those with cognitive impairments.

The next day, the nails started lifting and the color began to chip off. I felt rushed and the service lacked professionalism. If I had requested a specific technician, why was I kept moving from chair to chair? I won't be returning to this salon anytime soon.
