I asked them why and their reason is they werent happy with hired helps. They really put in hearts when they take care of people who paid to get the job done right. They can count on themselves to make sure our nails will get perfectly done. ive written reviews on other nail salons before so u will know im very picky. When i moved to hattiesburg in 2020, i went around and got nails done at several salons. some were ok, some were bad. til i found Jessica. She , like other nail tech, thought i'm gonna be one grouchy customer. I'm NOT!!! I just know exactly what i want. i can tell when a nail tech is experienced and thorough . beyond having experiences, the tech needs to have common senses. when they did their job right, we will leave feeling light as cloud. and the work lasts long. the wait sucks BUT Jessica is worth it!!! u know ur nails are filed n cured 100% when u do not notice snags or something is bugging u when ur in bed. u ladies know what im talking about. they also have endless high quality nail color selections ive tried all the cool stuff next will be an empress pinky claw "D im grateful for many things and one of them is to have an excellent nail lady (PS. its crazy n funny i saw the two low reviews and noticed they didnt even get their nails done so really if u didnt get the service done.. how can u even write a review? and one of them even accused others of getting paid to write reviews like she assumes people are dumb... u can go and look up history of reviewers... i think those two are bitter women)

I asked for my previous acrylics to be soaked off, a fresh full set, cut short, with bubble bath polish. The tech told me bubble bath would not look good, and I should pick another color. Mind you, I've bubble bath so many times that I know what it would look like on MY HANDS, but whatever, I entertain it and choose another color, she tells me that color is not gonna look good, so I pick a third color, and guess what NOT GOOD ENOUGH for her, so finally I just said give me French tips. I'm annoyed at this point. She then tells me I just need an overlay, no tips (whose nails are these?? Mine or hers, cause I don't know) THEN after all that I told her my polish was coming up, and she told me that my ring did it (yea, I never took my ring off, so I don't know how that happened) she put some lil polish in it and sent me on, even tho I know she didn't fix it right. She then charged me $105 for my nails and my 7 year old's polish only! I asked her to see the breakdown BEFORE I paid and she said "I'd see it on the receipt" NO MA'AM, I want to see why NOW. She charged me for an acrylic full set instead of an overlay, and said they are the same price (well why you didn't give me what I asked for then?!) THEN charged me $15 for the French tip, and $15 for the soak off, and when I asked her why it was so much, she said "no no, it's $5" and went back to fix it, but tried to rush through so I couldn't see the breakdown. I know I was still overcharged, but I paid it, and Not even 20 min after I left, guess what? The polish came off. I'm just beyond ANNOYED, I will just go back to my original shop. Update: I called the nail shop the next day and asked for prices, and was told my set should have been $55 with no additional $15 fee, so I went back and spoke with management, and the tech tried to say my daughter got a design when she didn't. I'm over this place. I got my money back, but it was a hot mess of a situation.

One of my girlfriends recently got her nails done here and spoke so good about this business but when we contacted the owner Kim, she was extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend. They may do good work, but the customer service is a 0/10. I will gladly take my business elsewhere or just wait until my usually nail bar is open like Kim suggested. The day after that, the dip chipped and completely broke on my ring finger. When I returned for the third time, the technician actually had an attitude with me, as if I was the problem. Save yourself the frustration and just don't go. This place is not worth your time, money, or patience.
