It took me over two years to write my review for this husband and wife team at Miracle Nails…read morebecause when I write a review, businesses get packed and i must admit and ive said before, i dont want to wait :P It's just Jessica and Danny working at their nail salon. I asked them why and their reason is they werent happy with hired helps. They really put in hearts when they take care of people who paid to get the job done right. They can count on themselves to make sure our nails will get perfectly done. ive written reviews on other nail salons before so u will know im very picky. When i moved to hattiesburg in 2020, i went around and got nails done at several salons. some were ok, some were bad. til i found Jessica. She , like other nail tech, thought i'm gonna be one grouchy customer. I'm NOT!!! I just know exactly what i want. i can tell when a nail tech is experienced and thorough . beyond having experiences, the tech needs to have common senses. when they did their job right, we will leave feeling light as cloud. and the work lasts long. the wait sucks BUT Jessica is worth it!!! u know ur nails are filed n cured 100% when u do not notice snags or something is bugging u when ur in bed. u ladies know what im talking about. they also have endless high quality nail color selections ive tried all the cool stuff next will be an empress pinky claw "D im grateful for many things and one of them is to have an excellent nail lady (PS. its crazy n funny i saw the two low reviews and noticed they didnt even get their nails done so really if u didnt get the service done.. how can u even write a review? and one of them even accused others of getting paid to write reviews like she assumes people are dumb... u can go and look up history of reviewers... i think those two are bitter women)

(no customers, not good service) i left and went down the road from there to Oak Grove Nails & Spa and had the best service I've had from a nail salon in Hattiesburg.

I did have to wait a little longer than I had hoped for. However, they were very thorough and spent time on massaging, clipping, and painting my toes. They did apologize for the wait and were very friendly and easy to talk to. For a full pedicure with gel nails it was $50. They also had a great radio station on and it wasn't too loud in the shop. I would come back again.

We were a little undecided on our colors, but they did a great job helping us out and making everything perfect. Their tables could've been a little cleaner/neater, but other than that I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. I am a professional nail tech myself, and I think their work is good.

I went to get a refill on a set I got from another salon, but after the first week, ALL of my nails lifted. Keep in mind, I haven't done anything overly intensive with my hands nor have they soaked in anything, so I am highly disappointed that this was the result. My nails barely got the chance to grow out before they all lifted. Money wasted & I don't believe I will be returning

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience…read more I brought my mother in for her first professional manicure and waxing appointment. Before services began, I explained multiple times that she has dementia and would need a little extra patience and guidance. Unfortunately, I did not feel that staff listened or adjusted their approach at all. Communication was difficult throughout the appointment. I repeatedly tried to explain my mother's situation, but staff seemed distracted and often did not respond to what I was saying or maybe they didn't understand. My mother was given instructions she did not understand, and at one point she left the service area while I was being waxed, causing me significant concern as I had to rush to find her. The customer service was abrupt and lacked the kindness and patience I would expect when working with an elderly person with dementia. This was supposed to be a special experience for my mom, and instead it became stressful and uncomfortable. The quality of the services was also disappointing. I was given a different nail color than the one I requested, my finger was nicked and is still sore, the waxing services were incomplete, and one of my nails chipped within 24 hours despite normal activity. My mother was not asked what nail shape she preferred, and her manicure appeared rushed. Our total was approximately $185 before tip. I chose this salon because I knew it was pretty inside and I remember years ago that they were nice and friendly. I was hoping to create a wonderful memory with my mother. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed by both the service and the quality of the work. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, more attentive customer care, and greater patience when serving elderly clients and those with cognitive impairments.

First off, it's crowded and cramped. The second time I went, the lady buffed my nails and cuticles and left me bleeding on one nail which happens but my nails weren't even and the gel polish was sloppy. So I didn't go back for awhile but needed a mani on a whim and low and behold, I got her again. This time, she burned me with the gel remover polish and when I told her it burned she showed me scars on her arms and said it burns me too . And just refused the shape I wanted and I left with a sloppy gel mani. I learned my lesson that time and won't go back.
