I asked them why and their reason is they werent happy with hired helps. They really put in hearts when they take care of people who paid to get the job done right. They can count on themselves to make sure our nails will get perfectly done. ive written reviews on other nail salons before so u will know im very picky. When i moved to hattiesburg in 2020, i went around and got nails done at several salons. some were ok, some were bad. til i found Jessica. She , like other nail tech, thought i'm gonna be one grouchy customer. I'm NOT!!! I just know exactly what i want. i can tell when a nail tech is experienced and thorough . beyond having experiences, the tech needs to have common senses. when they did their job right, we will leave feeling light as cloud. and the work lasts long. the wait sucks BUT Jessica is worth it!!! u know ur nails are filed n cured 100% when u do not notice snags or something is bugging u when ur in bed. u ladies know what im talking about. they also have endless high quality nail color selections ive tried all the cool stuff next will be an empress pinky claw "D im grateful for many things and one of them is to have an excellent nail lady (PS. its crazy n funny i saw the two low reviews and noticed they didnt even get their nails done so really if u didnt get the service done.. how can u even write a review? and one of them even accused others of getting paid to write reviews like she assumes people are dumb... u can go and look up history of reviewers... i think those two are bitter women)

As I got up to pay & leave after waiting ridiculously long, one of the staff members came over to do my nails. I caved in since I drastically needed my broken nails to be fixed, & after all was said & done, I was in the shop for FOUR HOURS. On the bright side, they came out great and they were nice enough to not charge for the soak off & apologize as a remedy. There are two nail salons in the mall, and after questioning several people that worked in the mall, they all recommended this one salon. The prices are very reasonable compared to most salons I've been to. The salon seemed quite busy, but I can contest that every client was thoroughly taken care of to the highest standards. The workmanship of my nail tech was phenomenal. I never get gel nail polish because I've found it to be a waste of money. The polish never lasts the full 2 weeks that is advertised. I told me reservations to the nail tech who was doing my manicure and she assured me that if done properly, the gel nail polish would stay. She asked me to let her do the gel nail polish and if it didn't last the 2 week timeframe, I could call her back and she could credit my credit card back with a refund for my services. That spoke volumes because this tech was so certain of her services! Needless to say, 2 1/2 weeks later, my gel polish still looks as good as on day one and has only began to chip a little. And....here I am on Yelp writing this review. Again, this salon, the techs, their services are outstanding!
