I scheduled an appointment with a technician, only to be repeatedly bounced around to different ones. I requested a new set of nails, but instead, I was given a refill. The next day, the nails started lifting and the color began to chip off. I felt rushed and the service lacked professionalism. Ive had like one decent manicure from this place and I'm not from Hattiesburg so not knowing where to go for my nails, I went here a few times giving the benefit of the doubt. First off, it's crowded and cramped. The second time I went, the lady buffed my nails and cuticles and left me bleeding on one nail which happens but my nails weren't even and the gel polish was sloppy. So I didn't go back for awhile but needed a mani on a whim and low and behold, I got her again. This time, she burned me with the gel remover polish and when I told her it burned she showed me scars on her arms and said it burns me too . I went in to get some acrylic done on my nails. There was no design involved, I picked a very basic color, and my request was not very complicated. My nails turned out very thick with lots of bumps. They did not look very good. My tech spent 25 minutes on my appointment, and she did not have very good attention to detail. With a tip, I spent around 80 bucks on my nails. I always tip, but she did not deserve one. I will not be coming back here. For $80 nails, they should look way better than this. This is my go to spot and the owners are fantastic! However some of their employees are not. I got my nails done today and spent 88 dollars.. for this. My nail tech barely talked and acted as if she could not understand me. She made the whole process stressful. Usually I am one to speak up and I did. She was getting frustrated and was making me frustrated because it was looking terrible. I showed you the inspo picture. You said sure. Picked close colors, but the design.. IF you CAN'T do it then don't agree to do it. Simple. I asked her to redo the clear nails and just settle. She said it's already done. And next time she would have the right thing to make it better. However I went in asking for a re fill I had 2 that needed to be new and 2 that were off and she just took all of them off and did a full set which was $5 more. I also called and asked how much it would be and they said $60-65 it was $70. As my toes were being done, they had a nail tech working on my fingernails at the same time!! Horrible and rude! 15 minutes and $30 dollars later...all they did was file and one coat of nail polish. That should of cost about $12! No cutting of cuticles or anything. I originally wanted a different design but due to the nail tech and I not speaking the same language or understanding each other, I decided on this since it seemed easier. My nails hurt so bad, every single nail either had my skin nicked near the cuticle or filed so hard on the sides or underneath, or both. I instantly pulled my hand back and said ouch several times and not once did the nail tech apologize. I'm mainly disappointed in the 1 design I asked for, the shape not being what I asked for, and how the nails already look grown out. I don't know why they can't paint up to the top since it was so imperative to drill my cuticles to death. Not to mention, I was there for nearly 3 hours and had come in with 2 friends... We were all asked what we wanted when we walked in and one friend didn't even get seen to get a full set. 8 other customers were seen before she decided to just leave. I get pedicures done regularly and I can say by far this was the worst one I've had yet! Very little effort put into it at all, barely scrubbed my feet and half ass rubbed them. I pay less at other places for better service. I'd say that more effort & attention need to be put into your client for $40 services that aren't worth $25. The polish was pretty and done good. I got a pretty pink gel color on my nails 4 days ago and every nail is almost peeling off. Gel always lasts about 2.5 weeks on me. TERRIBLE!! There is only one technician at this business who can do a decent dip, it is like playing Russian Roulette to see if you get good or bad service. I was there for over 3 hours and received an awful pedicure from a very inexperienced technician and horrible dip nails. The dip was gunky and clumpy and when the technician attempted to file it down, she filed the edges too thin and left the center a tall pile of clumpy dip. When I saw what was going wrong, I asked the owner at least twice during the session if he could fix it, and he just ignored me. He just took my full payment and ignored the situation. I get dip nails quite often and I know the difference. I am never going back there. read more
