Today was the worst massage of my life, and I have had many massages over the years. I will never…read morego back. I have been here a total of 4 times. 1 out of 4 has been a good experience. At one visit my masseuse, who left me a couple of times during the treatment, came out of nowhere while I had a towel over my eyes, bent down, and whispered directly in my ear, practically unintelligible, some sales pitch to up sell me, in the middle of my massage! They have banners outside their business stating "Grand Opening. Full body massage $48" and "Chair massages starting at $12". These banners have been here for 3 years. Those prices do not exist. They speak zero to little English. This makes it super difficult to communicate with them about what kind of massage you want and what needs attention; about anything really. I do not think they have skilled massage therapists, and I would speculate that some are not even trained professionally. Today, I waited in the room for about 10 to 15 minutes before my masseuse finally came in. She seemed rushed and overwhelmed. I have never had so much oil repeatedly slopped onto my back and just rubbed up and down for about 40 of the 60 minutes. My masseuse was keyed up and not engaged. She left the room twice to attend to someone at the front desk! Just up and left. I would say combined it was about 5 to 10 minutes she was gone. She asked if I wanted hot stones and left again to get those, then frantically rubbed them on my back for maybe 5 minutes. She translated on her phone that she gave me an extra 5 minutes for leaving the room, but she quit at the 1 hour mark by my timing. Then towards the end, she put a warm bolster under my neck that wreaked of molten plastic. It must have been microwaved and filled with plastic beads. It was awful. When I checked out, the options for tipping were 25%, 30%, or 35%. Wow. I picked "custom amount" and left 10%, which was generous. With the $2 credit card fee, all tolled $79. Sad. I really gave them the old Harvard try. Never. Again. :(

I felt like I was constantly being rubbed to death and they were in a rush. I was being stretched out more than actually being massaged. To pay $150, it was terrible. The thing about massages, you pay afterwords to determine if the service was good and to determine a tip. I would not have paid anything afterwards and wanted to stop the massage because of how terrible they were. Never going back again.
